Enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner on the private deck with a view of Cape Cod Bay and the grassy backyard. Sleeps two on a queen-size bed. Comes complete with linens, a kitchenette, no oven, a cooktop, pots, pans, an apartment-sized refrigerator, a tub, Smart Streaming TV, and a pool. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Air conditioning and fresh towels are provided; please bring towels for the beach and pool. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Overall a great place, the only drawback was the Television/WiFi connection. Not sure if it was the location or service. Everything was constant buffering.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a motel that’s been converted to condos, so the rooms feel like hotel rooms with a few more amenities. There’s a large balcony that overlooks the picnic lawn, and a good-sized fridge and plenty of dish ware. Not great for cooking but fine for preparing simple breakfasts and packing lunches. There’s a small pool in the parking lot.
We liked the location, which was quiet and low-key but just up the road from a great market/deli (Salty Market), a few restaurants and best of all, Chequessett Chocolates! A half mile or so to the town beach down the road. Easy driving access to other points on the Outer Cape.
We had a great time at the property! The space is perfect for two people who are out exploring during the day. There's a small kitchen, bathroom, kitchen table, couch, and comfortable bed. The balcony was gorgeous as well. There's a pool on the property and plenty of parking. We loved the proximity to Truro Vineyards and easy drive into Provincetown, it's a gorgeous 20 minute drive along the shore! We would definitely stay here again.
The condos were small but more than adequate for the price. Very clean and no mustiness on the second floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice deck overlooking the bay although the view was slightly obscured by some trees. Close to the water and beaches on either side and very close to Provincetown wether driving or taking the shuttle. Overall a great place for a short visit to the outer Cape. Likely we would go back.
This is a great spot. The condo was clean and well appointed. Everyone in the front office was so nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and loved having the balcony! We did use the pool twice and it was a nice change from going to the beach. We already know we live the area and this was in a great location. I highly recommend this place!
This unit is lovely-well supplied with everything you need. Unbelievable view from patio and great a/c unit. It was actually a lot more spacious than i expected it to be which was a plus. The check from the couple who runs the front desk is really what made this trip. Top Notch customer service. Good for families and this whole complex is quiet and has a quiet rule. I have to say that was really relaxing. Not at all a party place and that was appreciated.
The Braemar Condos are the perfect stop for a trip down to Truro. The location is great and close to P-town. There is an inground pool on the property, and property manager, Travis was very helpful. I stayed in another condo last year and had a better experience, however. Unfortunately the bed in this particular unit has seen better days and is extremely uncomfortable. That aside, overall a good spot. I would definitely recommend a different unit over this one - but everyone’s bed preferences are different!
