Max 4 guests- If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
Enjoy the views of Cape Cod Bay on your private deck while enjoying your morning coffee. This 2nd floor unit sleeps 4 with 2 Queen beds. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and griddle. For your entertainment there is a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi available. For those hots nights you can use the A/C. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. Fresh towels are available daily, please bring towels for the beach and pool. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. All this with the National Seashore and Provincetown just minutes away. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.

Wonderful stay. Clean units and property. Check in office ladies were wonderful and friendly. The location was fantastic for what we needed. Close to beaches and quick ride into Ptown. Unit had everything we needed. No time to enjoy the pool but it looked beautiful. Will stay here again.

Great location

Great location, very clean and quiet. We would recommend staying here and hope to return again. The only recommendation would be to leave linens for the futon in the room as the office was closed before we realized there weren't any in the room.

Weekend Getaway

Although the property is not on the water, it is conveniently located to all of the beaches on the Outer Cape. Room was quiet, clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. The property manager was very friendly and addressed any needs we had.

Lovely Cape Getaway!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The unit was immaculate, and we loved sitting out on the balcony to look out on the ocean. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the building was quiet. We didn’t get to check out the pool, but it looked great! One major drawback to this unit is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We would be much more likely to return if the property manager invested in some mattress toppers to make sleeping more comfortable. Other than sleeping, this was a lovely stay!

Unit was well equipped. It did need a couple of minor things fixed which the property manager took care of. Pool was always spotless. It was quiet after 10 pm. Too far from beach to walk. Maurice (property manager) is excellent.

Great choice for us.

The condo we selected was very convenient, had everything we needed (we brought our own linens due to the Pandemic issues). The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Our unit had a full kitchen and comfortable table/chairs. Could have used more comfortable seating, and the 2 beds were only full size, not big enough for the two of us to be comfortable. So, that was the only downside. Nice balcony, grills on the property. We would stay again, but request a different unit due to the bed size.

Location great. Take shuttle or drive to Ptown. Easy day trip to Wellfleet snd Chatham. Room was spotless, and quiet. Unfortunately, this room always felt damp, and our clothes felt damp despite a/c adjustments. Armoire and dresser drawers have obvious musty & mildew odor so we couldn’t use them to unpack. Kitchen drawers have similar odor. The unit may benefit from new dressers and a dehumidifier.

Cozy condo

This open room condo was a nice spot for a quick family getaway to the seashore. Close to Ptowne shops and restaurants, about a 5-8 minute drive, it was quiet and clean. Only drawback was one of the mattresses; it was a bit stiff for me and my husband, but this might be a personal quirk of ours too. Would recommend to friends.

Amazing time in Unit 31!!

This was an amazing rental! Super clean, cozy yet bigger than the pictures. Best night sleep of my life with the two sliders open! The wrap around deck was a beautiful surprise!

Great weekend on the cape!

Overall, we had a lovely weekend staying at Braemar. The location is quiet, almost-walking-distance to the beach (but there are no sidewalks leading there, unfortunately). It's very short drive to Provincetown and many destinations on Cape Code National Seashore. The property itself was clean and just what we needed - a place to sleep and cook/eat (because of COVID, we did not feel like dining out). I could see myself coming back next season and bringing the kids.

Perfect Spot

We found a week open and took a chance. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and updated. The mattresses were not the most comfy but everything else was perfect. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Would stay again!
