Ground Floor Studio Efficiency - Sleeps 3 Max. if more than the max people show up at check-in time for reservation, the reservation will be denied. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community.
Unit has A/C - ground level with access to large grassy yard, queen size bed, two bunk beds, four burner stove top, lots of cabinets. microwave, utensils, coffee pot . Smart Streaming TV, free Wi-Fi. Fresh towels available, please bring towels for the beach or pool. Tile floor, Tile bath with tub-shower.
Beautiful in ground pool on site. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
The Braemar condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod light and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach.

Great stay

We came up for a short vacation. The location was perfect. The grounds were well maintained. Pool was spotless. It was so nice to meet Rosie. She is the best. We will definitely return for our next visit to the cape. We would highly recommend this spot.

Everything was perfectly fine. When you're paying a cleaning fee, to request that guests take out their own trash seems (and leave an envelope out for a tip for the cleaning person) seems like a bit much.

Great little getaway

Excellent communication with property manager, Maurice. Clean and comfortable space, perfect for a couple or even small family. Central location, close to P-Town and beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle!

The property is conveniently located for a short travel to just about anything worthwhile in Cape Cod. Quiet area during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Communication with the manager was exceptional. We had a great experience staying at Braemar. Would recommend and thanks again!

Great little place in a good location

This place was perfect for a girls trip. Sleeps four comfortably, clean, had everything we needed and check in and check out were a breeze. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown provincetown, which was perfect!
