Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A second floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances and spices you need to make any meal!
You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.
There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has twin size bunk beds. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.
The pictures accurately represent the space, although furniture may change.
To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.
Because the entire facility is owned and managed by a seasoned Superhost, you can be assured of a quality experience.

Apartment is updated and very clean inside. The pictures of the inside of the apartment and the building on the listing are accurate. The outside of the apartment building is really dark at night. There’s a tall light in the back of the parking lot that doesn’t illuminate well because it is covered with overgrowth of vegetation. Seems like most of the building is transient housing with a lot of people in and out. Proximity to healthcare facilities, Wake Forest, and Publix is great. Peggy was very courteous and very responsive.

Convenient to hospital
Loved the neighborhood for walking. Kitchen was well stocked for anyone cooking in. Plenty of paper supplies, dishwashing and clothes detergent helped a lot.
I asked for a few things and they were promptly provided. I would suggest that a mattress be replaced on the pull out sofa or replace the entire sofa. It was well loved in the past!

Perfect location for Wake Forest Hospital
Easy access to a very clean unit for our visit with family in the neighborhood. Wake Forest hospital is literally a 5 minute walk away too. Unit had all necessary amenities and comforts. Definitely recommend this rental.

Booked this unit for family visiting from out of town. Wonderfully convenient property in Ardmore, close to everything in WS. The 2-bedroom apartment was updated, but in an older building on two main streets, so we heard the usual city noise, but it wasn’t a big problem. The unit had a somewhat odd layout with twin bunk beds in a separate room and the kitchen wasn’t as nice as the 1-bedroom units. Overall, these units are well equipped to make you feel right at home.
