Charming Amagansett Beach House with heated pool

Enjoy this coastal chic home just a 5 minute drive from both the ocean and bay beaches. The home is situated on 2 acres of land which creates a sense of calm and privacy. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor which have access to a full and half bathroom. On the second floor there is a private master suite and bathroom. A double living room creates ample space for relaxing and entertaining, and the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all situated in an open plan. The house gets loads of sunlight and is bright and cheerful. There are two decks off of the living room and kitchen for swimming and outside living. The house is very centrally located- 5 minutes from Amagansett town, 15 minutes to Montauk, and 10 minutes to East Hampton town. There are three large flat screen tv's and a sonos sound system to provide music throughout the house and on the outside decks.

Wonderful house and great location

My husband, our daughters aged 7 and 11, and myself stayed at this wonderful house for almost 2 weeks in at the end of the summer - it was the perfect place to relax and had everything we could have wanted. The pool was fantastic and it’s position just off the kitchen meant we could keep an eye on the kids all the time. The photos don’t quite do the house justice - it is a beautiful bright and airy home and it is simply but very tastefully decorated and very clean. The master bed was so comfortable and the girls loved their rooms too. Laura kindly allowed us to use their family bicycles which was great for cycling to nearby Amagansett. There are some great options for dining locally, both outdoors and for ordering in, and Mobys, Bostwicks and Rosies were particular favorites of ours. Luara and her husband were great hosts and gave us clear instructions and recommendations - they were a pleasure to deal with. We would love to come back and stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

Family & Friends Visit to Amagansett

Laura and her husband were a pleasure to communicate with and their home is stunning! The neighborhood is great for going on morning runs as well. We hope to visit again next year.

Lovely place with gracious hosts

This is a top quality house - spacious, comfortable, yet relaxed with numerous amenities. Anthony and Laura were proactive and accommodating hosts; there were some electrical issues on our first night (caused by previous tenants) and they made sure the issues were resolved swiftly and to our satisfaction. We're hoping our travels take us back to Amagansett so we can stay here again.

Incredible House in the Hamptons

The house was amazing, it truly couldn't have been better. Not only was the house perfect but the location was everything I was looking for, just a few mins to Amagansett and only 10 mins or less to East Hamptons. The interior was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were big and very comfortable. There was even a basement with a lot of extra space to hang out. The outside was also incredible, the pool was really big and the house is located in an area with a lot of pretty trees. The owners left cushions for the outdoor furniture which was really nice. Felt like a true Hamptons experience from start to finish. The owners are so helpful and responsive. It was my first time in the Hamptons and I had a lot of questions. They were so helpful and responded immediately. They were so sweet and provided towels, coffee and lots of great tips. It was really easy getting into the house and leaving, they left perfect instructions which helped me a lot. When I come back, I will definitely rent this house again. It was perfect!

We have been vacationing in Amagansett for 20 years and were renters ourselves before purchasing our Amagansett home in 2014. Because we spent so many years as renters we know what renters value and we know how to create a comfortable vacation home for you. We currently reside in Connecticut and with our children's activities we find that we cannot spend as much time in Amagansett, our home away from home. For this reason we are renting the beach house for select weekends.

We love how open, bright and cheerful this home is. We also love how easy it is to manage. We feel like it is the perfect size for a family or two couples.

What makes this property unique

We love the location of the home- how it is close to Amagansett, Montauk, and East Hampton all the places we love to spend time in. We also love how close it is to the beach.
