Good location with some issues

Good apartment in a good location. Only issues we had were the shower head needed cleaning/replacing and the air conditioner didn't work. It was cool enough to open the windows at night and stay cool, but some might find this a security issue being that the apartment is on the ground floor. Also, the maintenance guy burst in on us when we were sleeping, which we didn't appreciate at all. He also asked us to check out early because he had another guest checking in that day, which we had no problem with, but the way he said it was so rude.

Im sorry your time in my condo had a few glitches. . I don’t use my a/c on in the winter months because it’s usually cool and comfortable. I usually get it serviced in the spring. The next renters after you wanted another blanket. I’m checking now about who burst in on you and why they were rude. I’ll be there in about a week and get it all back in shape again. There’s been lots of renters since last April. Thanks

The condo is perfect. We enjoyed the small details that made it incredibly functional. As well, the stylish decor made it feel like more of a fancy get away.

Steps to the pool and view of surf point

We loved the location and how laid back the experience at Las Olas was. It was a perfect relax-cation to of swimming, paddle boarding sunbathing and watching surfers. The condo is recently beautifully updated.

Cabo - Los Olas - Chill

The overall location, property, security and view are amazing. Bottom floor, walk out the door into grass area to pool out the gate into the surf. If you surf. This is the place. If you are looking for direct access to the surf, you cannot find a better place. This is what Cabo is supposed to be like. If you are used to downtown area, this is much different. More remote feeling. Yet, it is not. Walk on Sand to the Famous Zippers Restaurant. For any restaurant needs. Or cook in your own kitchen. For the price. it is amazing. But don't expect Ritz bedding. Outside that. Cannot ask for much more! -Phil

Thanks Phil. I’m happy you enjoyed your vacation and that you’re aware if the value for the money. I try and keep my condo new and maintained as best as possible but the salt, sand, and renters at the beach are tough on everything. I replace the sheets, towels and many other things every winter when I get down there for my three months.

Relaxing and convenient

Great place...perfect for a family surf trip. Condo staff was very friendly and complex feels safe and secure. Surf lockers were super convenient. We would love to come back!

Loved it!

Very nice and relaxing place, has a home like feel. Property and pool are very nice and onsite workers are pleasant. Close to surf rentals and easy to get an Uber or taxi anywhere. Good beach with great surf out front.
