Luxury Beachfront Apartment by Green Turtle Residences

Our new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 48 square meter complete luxury duplex apartment with direct views of the Mindanao Sea from every room in the house! Fantastic muck diving right in front of the apartment. Spectacular kitesurfing right during December-February. There is a queen size bed in the separate bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a full kitchen for your use. The guest will have use of the gazebo to enjoy the views of 3 islands. We are directly across from Apo Island and a beachfront property. The pool is chemical free and drinking water clean with the latest technology. We offer our providers who can pick you up at the port or airport for a fee; bring you to Apo Island on a private boat with captain/mate for the day; or take you to the sandbars. All you have to do is ask us, we will reserve it for you as our guests deserve 5 star treatment. The apartment is cleaning daily and we have an assistant on site for your questions and suggestions.

Why they chose this property

Apo Island is a world wide attraction for its plentiful sea life, corals and especially sea turtles. We have the most direct and shortest route to Apo Island from our property. Typically the trip takes 15 minutes by boat from our beach front. We have developed this special property to provide a couple a stunning apartment, much better than any hotel room, with custom touches and local dive and restaurant resorts minutes away by foot.

What makes this property unique

The views of the 20 coconut trees swaying in the breeze overlooking the Mindanao Sea and Apo Island is simply stunning.
