SHOLTI WOOLI is tucked into the dunes and offers absolutely blissful beachfront access along with a comfortable, relaxed ambience. This nifty beach house is well suited to families, avid anglers and those who want to bask in the serenity of vintage Wooli Village.

Two large bedrooms, with ceiling fans throughout, tidy, roomy living areas and an undercover outdoor area that is perfect for BBQs

Step out the back door and up the path where you can chill out and take in the pristine ocean views out to Solitary Island. The river and boat ramp are just a quick stroll away. There is ample off street car and boat parking. A public beach access easement is located on the southern boundary of the property.

Complete Beachfront: Backs onto the beach, easy River access. 3 Bedrooms, Ceiling Fans, Kitchen, Refrigerator/Freezer, Upright Freezer, Microwave, Bathroom / Laundry, Lounge, Television, Media Player and DVD Player. Parking: room for 4 cars / boats, Gas BBQ, Pets Welcome (outside only), Outdoor Shower, Lockable Storeroom with second refrigerator (Dogs are allowed to sleep undercover in this area but need own bedding)

The back yard to the beach was absolutely wonderful. All the amenities required were available. House was very clean neat and tidy beach shack style. Suited our getaway with dog perfectly. Would definitely stay again
