Remodeled 5 Bedroom Kid Friendly Home In Naples' Most Convenient Location

If you plan on spending time in Naples, then you will want to stay at our home. We are less than a mile from I75. We have dozens of golf courses within 5 miles. We are minutes from the beach and Naples' hottest attraction: Mercato. Here you will find all the restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife you need. We are also two minutes way from Sun-N-Fun Lagoon which is one of the states most desirable water parks for kids

For those of you with kids, the house is equipped with 3 high chairs, 1 Rock'n play, 1 booster, 2 walkers, and 2 pack'n plays.

Our home is about 2100 square feet located on 2.25 acres which will ensure your privacy. We recently spent 4 months remodeling this home. Our large pool (heated), 6 person hot tub, and 600 sq ft lanai is perfect for both the family or a golf group. The pool also has a fence/gate that can be installed as a safety precaution

We have 5 bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms. Two Kings, 2 Queens and a double

Brand new living room furniture with a 65" flat screen. Laundry room with working washer and dryer.

We have pack and plays as well as high chairs for the kids available. We have kids beach toys, rafts, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We are always adding more

We live right next door should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Check in time is 3pm and Check out is 11am

Great location for a family vacation!

The house is well-equipped for children, as well as for adults. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the pool is lovely. We all enjoyed the pool and the inner tubes and raft. We would stay there again if we visit that area in the future.

Amazing House for Families!

We loved staying here so much it was even better than we expected! Everything was very clean, lots of space, and we had everything we needed. The screened in pool and hot tub were the best part along with the outdoor eating space. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Family Property!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was just as good as the first time! They have everything you need, it is clean, We love the pool and hot tub. They have toys and pack and plays for the kids. Great location, lots of stuff nearby. Highly recommend!

Great property

This is an amazing find for a rental. Lots of space in the house to spread out, excellent outdoor space and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of extra items (baby equipment, fans, blankets, towels, beach toys, bikes). Well thought out rental property that was clean. Owners were excellent to work with, great response when asking questions, and check in was super easy! The only downside was that it seemed to take 15-20 minutes to get anywhere (zoo, beach, shopping) but once we planned out our day it worked fine. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back!!

This very much felt like a home away from home. The owners had Christmas music on as we entered. Kitchen was well stocked, everything you’d need. Living room is comfortable. There were items still in washer and dryer. Few cockroaches found in the house but otherwise clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub- didn’t have any issues with the heat. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Great neighborhood, easy on and off highway. Did feel like no privacy with owner next door watching us and asking us what we were doing. I would stay here again and recommend it for others.

Perfect for a bigger group

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had run out of propane on the grill and reached out to the owner to ask if there was somewhere nearby that we could go and get it filled. They came and picked the propane tank up right away and had it filled. Great communication and everyone loved having the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we visit the Naples area.

Outstanding!

The property is perfect, spacious, clean, family friendly. This is our second year staying at the property and I know we will again. My family love the house, pool, and quiet neighborhood. Great way to spend quality time together. Brad and his wife are awesome hosts are very responsive if something is needed. High recommend this property.

Had a great time

As the title says. The property was great. We were there for a business trip and the location was very close to where we were working. It was nice and comfortable to come home to the house after a long day of work. Didn't get much time to enjoy the spa but when we did we had a good time. Also, the owners were very responsive and even called us immediately to let us know we'd left behind a tablet.

Great place to relax!

The property was very clean and the owners live just 2 houses away if you need anything. The house is very well stocked for children and the pool area is a great place to spend time with family! Walmart and Target are both just 5 minutes away.

Great family vacation spot

We loved it there. Plenty of space to spread out if you want and enough room at the table to seat 10 for dinner! The neighborhood is great with easy access to wherever you want to go. Lots of toddler/ baby equipment available and was much appreciated. Everything worked ok but the appliances need replacing soon. The owners are very nice, they are close by responsive. We would go back again for sure. Thank you.

We live two doors door from this property! We are expecting our first child in December of 2015 and we wanted a place for friends and family to visits us once the baby is born. To offset some of the costs associated with the remodeling and maintenance of the property we decided to list in on VRBO for short term rentals.

Why they chose this property

What sold us on this location is being able to have acreage but still be 5-10 mins from everything going on. The property has a midwestern feel but in 10 mins you can be beachside. We are only a few miles from Naples hottest attraction-Mercado. We are less than 1 mile from i75 which is very convenient. You can get to the airport in 15-20 mins. This makes our neighborhood, Oakes Estates, very unique. You can get cheaper property farther out east but then it takes you 20 minutes to go anywhere. We are in the middle of it all yet we still enjoy the privacy due to the amount of land we have.
