Family Friendly Condo near Storyland and Adventure Parks, WiFi, 3 HD TV's, AC

Welcome to our getaway in the woods at the very popular Seasons Resort at Attitash. We have recently re-decorated our home to create a lodge inspired theme which will give you a warm feeling upon entering the condo. 4A is a ground floor unit, which provides the opportunity to utilize the picnic tables and backyard space more freely than the upper floor units for some added space during the summer months. Building 4 is also one of the closest to the main building on the resort with all of the resort amenities including the indoor pool, sauna, oversize jacuzzi, game room, outdoor playground, hiking trails, fish pond, wiffleball stadium with green monster replica. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could need, from kitchenware to linens, soaps (hand, dish, wash) and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The living room is nicely appointed with both a full-size couch, sectional and rocking chair, providing plenty of space to relax after a full day of family fun on the ski slopes, hiking/biking in the mountains or at one of the other many location attractions. There is an electric stove for ambiance, but also can be used as a space heater in case you want it a little toastier in the winter months. Not that you need to watch TV in a place like this, but should the desire arise, we have a 46” HDTV in the living room for you to enjoy with cable. Feel like bringing your own streaming device, no problem, go ahead and hook it up to the TV and connect to our private guest WiFi right in the unit. With private WiFi in the unit and 500Mbps download speeds, you can be sure that you will be able to stream your favorite shows from all of your devices without a problem. The Master and 2nd bedroom also have HD TV’s, with a 40” HDTV in the Master and a 32” HDTV in the 2nd bedroom.

The kitchen is appointed with enough place settings for 8, while the dining room table will comfortably seat 6. The kitchen includes various pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and glassware. Also, we keep kid’s kitchen items on hand because our kids are not always the most careful or coordinated, so having some plastic items has worked well for us and maybe it does for you as well. You will also find many condiments and other necessities included during your stay, like sugar, salt/pepper, coffee filters, ketchup/mustard, spices, etc..

There are Two (2) Full bathrooms in our unit. The first is in the Master bedroom and the 2nd is in the hallway. Both have sink, toilet and full tub/shower combos and stocked paper products (tissues, toilet paper)

Sleeping accommodations will not disappoint with all beds recently upgraded (see below for recent upgrades). The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk set and a queen bed, and out in the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa pull out bed. We also have a pack-n-play available for our littlest guests.
