Our condominium unit is located at the 12th floor of Sorrel Residences with a garden atrium right outside the unit. It is a spacious one (1) bedroom unit that is guaranteed to give you a clean, affordable, comfortable, and satisfying experience all throughout your stay for whatever you may need it for.

The space
THE LIVING ROOM
*Flat screen television equipped with ABS-CBN TV Plus for your viewing needs.
*Comfortable sofa and spacious living area.
*A washing machine is free for you to use to keep your laundry clean and fresh.
*The living room is well ventilated and has a double standing fan.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
*The kitchen is equipped with complete sets of dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, and other necessities for the guests' cooking needs.
*Appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker are also provided and free for usage.
*Dining set for 4 persons.

THE BEDROOM
*The bedroom has a high quality double bed that comfortably fits 2 people complete with blankets and pillows for a good night's sleep.
*Additional foam beds are available.
*Cabinets/Storage for your personal items are also provided.
*A sofa bed can also be used for sleeping.
*Balcony overlooking buildings and the Sociego street is accessible in the bedroom and has clothing racks where you can dry or hang your clothes.
*The room is air-conditioned and also has standing fans to keep you cool as you rest.

THE BATHROOM
*The unit boasts of a clean and big bathroom to make you at ease while you mind your business.
*The shower is equipped with a heater.
*Clean towels are free to use and provided in the bathroom for inside use.
*Complete bathroom toiletries are available.

OTHER CONDOMINIUM FACILITIES
*The Sorrel Residences condominium has guards surrounding the condominium to ensure the security of every guests.
*Lobby with lots of seats where you can stay, and relax.
*A jogging path/trail.
*Garden atriums outside the condo units for every 6 floors. *Roof deck/sky deck open for all tenants and unit owners where you can have a panoramic view of the Manila skyline and past time.
*Playground at the ground floor where your little ones can play and enjoy themselves.
*A mini convenience store is located inside the condominium building.
*A cafe is located at the lobby. It is open during Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday.

***NOTE***
As per policy, a MAXIMUM of 4 persons can stay at the unit. There will be a charge of P200 per head for an excess person (maximum of 3 excess)

Hosting parties/events, bringing of pets, and smoking inside the unit during the duration of your stay is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as per owner and condo policy.

The guests are expected to observe cleanliness during and after their stay.

Early check-ins are highly discouraged and not allowed. The agreed time of check-in and check-out should be observed and followed accordingly.

Security deposit will be required for precautionary instances. It will be refunded upon check out if no problem occurs such as lost inventory and damaged items.

Guest access

Swimming pool is accesible to short term guests from Monday-Wednesday & Friday (excluding Holidays) with a minimum fee. (inform or discuss it with the owner).
