Kick off your shoes and enjoy a well-earned break at our beach house.

The beach is a 3 min drive away, the river nearby, and the great cafés, shops and restaurants of Ocean Grove are within easy walking distance. Not far are cliff-top walks, wonderful wineries, browsing at Barwon Heads, some great cycling routes, world class golf courses and exhilarating surf beaches.

The best thing to do in Ocean Grove, of course, is to enjoy the beach – walk, run, swim, surf, have a coffee overlooking or just breathe-in the fresh ocean air.

When you have finished, you have our place to relax in. Recently renovated, our place is a mid-century property with modern amenity. It's spacious, comfortably furnished and generously appointed.

Ideal for two families, or a group of friends, our house has two living areas, a large meals area, wifi, air conditioning and gas heating. There is also an open fire to relax by on a chilly night and firewood is provided.

The meals area opens onto a North facing patio which overlooks a leafy garden. The patio has an outdoor table setting and an electric Weber BBQ and is covered by a retractable awning making it a great place for alfresco dining!

The kitchen is well equipped with modern European appliances, plenty of crockery and good quality utensils for the home chef, if you are dining in. If you are dining out, then it's an easy walk (10 mins) to The Terrace with its cafes and restaurants.

We have two TVs, one for the kids and one for others, and a video library of about 30 movies. As well, you can hook-up to Netflix or similar via the Internet, if you have an account.

There are four bedrooms, two with queen size beds and ensuites, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each (we can make up one of these rooms as a double, if you prefer).

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All linen is provided - sheets, pillow slips, quilts, tea towels, towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats. BYO beach towel, however.

Please note, that our house is a split-level house on four levels, so there are three internal staircases, each of about 4 steps. The house is therefore not suited for wheelchairs, unfortunately.

No pets, no smoking, no parties and no schoolies, thanks, but sandy feet are welcome in our beach house!
