Beach Side Paradise is a beautiful well maintained luxury property with amazing views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sweeping views of the Bay from multiple balconies and a spacious roof top deck.
Offering a fabulous location-you are close to it all! This gorgeous, professionally decorated 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom home is the perfect get-away for larger parties or multiple families to escape from it all. Located a less than 100 steps from the pristine, beautiful white sandy beaches your toes can be scrunching along in the sand and gentle surf in under a few short minutes. After an exhilarating day at the beach, enjoy some rest and relaxation at the pool or a relax on the roof top deck as you admire the world-renowned sunsets that Anna Maria Island is known for.

There are 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 of them are master suites with large glass walk in showers. 5 of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the 6th bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds. Beach Side Paradise can comfortable sleep 14. All bedrooms come as standard with luxury weight bedclothes and designer furniture and fittings and are tastefully decorated using Florida-inspired artists and modern prints. Desks were added to 3 bedrooms for those who need to get some work done.
The main floor offers a convenient half bath and a full bath in the hallway. The upper level offers a hall bath and the 2 master suites both have private en suite bathrooms with large walk in glass showers with dual shower heads.
For those who prefer to dine in the Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook. (The house does not offer spices or ingredients). For the coffee lovers, there are both Keurig and a regular coffee pots. The dining room table seats 8 and there are additional 6 bar stools around the kitchen Island.
This gorgeous Island home offers a private heated pool with spa, a large covered lanai with a gas grill, a TV and a couch so you can relax and grill out while watching your favorite sports. There is also an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your meals right off the grill. Just a brief 1 minute stroll to the Gulf beaches and a short distance to Bridge street where you will find many shops and restaurants - you simply won’t be able to decide what to do with your days. You are also located close to two gulf front restaurants. The Master Bedrooms have brand new Mattress’s and all of the Televisions have been upgraded (2022) to include 83” family room with sound bar and 73” outdoor television. All of the bedrooms off brand new 50 inch screens and all of the televisions have the ability for you to watch your favorite shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime. New Heavy Duty Resort Chaise Lounges were added in 2021 around pool and the garage is fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys and wagons to haul to the beach. The yard was converted to turf in 2021 and a putting green was installed for those looking to sharpen your putting game or enjoy some friendly competition. Speaking about competition, the house offers Cornhole, Giant Jenga & Connect 4 for some additional fun while hanging out around the pool. (the owners provide these amenities for our renters, if you find any chairs or umbrellas that are broken please let Beach House know, the owners will gladly replace. Professional pictures of property taken Aug. 2022. The interior and exterior of the house were freshly painted in 2022, there have been many upgrades to this already beautiful beach house.
** If you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you please contact Beach House Real Estate at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that it ensures us ample time to fulfill your request. We do offer pool heat as needed as a courtesy to our guests at no additional charge. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with- most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs (some properties have a spa, some have a hot tub). Generally speaking, our winter months are considered from November through April. During these months we do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into the 30's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen for time to time. Please be aware that Beach House Real Estate cannot issue refunds during your stay based on acts of God. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Beach House Real Estate will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible! Beach House Real Estate thanks you in advance for your understanding on this issue.
