All the creature comforts are provided for in this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, with two generous living areas providing space for the kids and another for adults to escape. The kitchen is well equipped and, combined with a large island bench, separate dining and spacious living, is a great spot to spread out and enjoy your holiday. Full-height glass sliding doors open up to the north-facing deck, allowing you to combine indoor and outdoor living in true resort style. On cooler days or nights, the home is kept cosy with a wood heater, reverse cycle heating, and cooling throughout.
In terms of entertainment, there are four flat-screen TVs with Netflix and Stan, whilst the two living rooms are also equipped with sound bars and DVD players. There are various DVDs, board games, books, and magazines for guests to enjoy.
The home is on a quiet street, with the nearest beach less than a 5-minute walk, the pier a short walk away, and a less than 10-minute flat walk into town, shops, restaurants, and the pub.
The town of Flinders and beyond has a range of amenities and attractions to suit all types of breaks. If you enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, scuba diving, fishing or rock pools, these are all activities you can enjoy in the area. Why not have a round of golf or visit one of the local markets, then enjoy a meal at one of the many wineries, restaurants or cafes only a short drive away.
