From the moment you drive through the gates, you’ll feel the calm of Arthur’s Seat settle in. This fully renovated three-bedroom + study home has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxed escape with family or close friends, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature.

Furnished with designer pieces and luxe linens, the home offers a warm sense of comfort — a true home away from home.

Enjoy cooking in the chef’s kitchen, light the central indoor fireplace, and let music fill the space as you gaze out every window toward the tranquil bushland. Step outside to the expansive deck for alfresco dining, unwind in the outdoor barrel bathtub under the stars, or take a dip in the pool. For extra comfort, request the pool to be pre-heated and enjoy an evening swim under the trees.

On cooler nights, gather around the firepit with a drink in hand, share stories, or simply soak up the peaceful surrounds. You can also stroll beyond the gates and immerse yourself in nature right at your doorstep.

The home features excellent heating and cooling in the main living area, keeping you comfortable year-round.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite. The second queen room offers peaceful views, while the third bedroom includes a king single with a trundle. A Koala pull-out couch in the study is available on request and can be set up prior to arrival.

Both bathrooms have been newly renovated to a high standard of modern luxury.

Wonderful property in a beautiful location set amongst the trees. Facilities were first-rate and the views from the living rooms and kitchen were breathtaking. Details of the house were really well-considered to provide guests with everything they would need for a stay. Very comfortable amenities and beauty everywhere you looked. The heated pool was fantastic! Toasty and warm even in the cold temperatures. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property to others seeking a getaway and recharge in the Mornington peninsula.

the house was perfectly comfortable but I would not agree luxurious. Good location. We requested non feather bedding due to allergies, and feather doonas were provided on both double beds. Fortunately we were able to use childrens doonas to compensate. The ensuite bathroom is tiny and the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There is a fire however guests are expected to source their own firewood which for the price paid seemed unreasonable. There was good alternative electric heating. The hosts were not particularly easy to contact or warmly welcoming.
