As you pull into the drive, you will be excited to arrive at your destination. Open the front door to a large foyer with beautiful timber stairs that lead up to the open plan living area, where you'll find an oversized comfy couch, stone fireplace, views across rolling hills to Bass Strait and a well-designed kitchen. A room where you can sit and relax while enjoying the open fire, watching TV or taking in the views. The kitchen has a solid timber island bench with overhead lighting, which is excellent for breakfast or a glass of wine while preparing a meal for the family. There is a dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven and walk-in butler's pantry.

If you want to enjoy quiet time, wander to the small deck just off the dining area with two chairs to enjoy the views with a drink and nibbles while watching the sunset. There's plenty of room for all the family to gather on the main deck with comfortable seating for eight on a large outdoor sofa and take in the views. A third large entertaining deck is located on the north side of the living area, where you can gather for a BBQ while overlooking the family pool and spa. A space where all the family can enjoy splashing around in the generous 8 x 4-metre solar heated pool or relax in the bottled gas-heated spa.

Upper Level: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, reverse-cycle heating and cooling split system, a beautiful ensuite (bath, shower, toilet, and vanity), and direct access to the deck facing the water. There is also a separate powder room.

Ground Level: There are three bedrooms - Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, TV, reverse cycle heating and cooling split system and ensuite (bath, shower, toilet & vanity), Bedroom 3 King bed but can be set up as 2 King Singles, Bedroom 4 - ideal for younger children with bunks and also has a split system. The family bathroom is centrally located with a large shower, toilet & vanity, and laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Sleeps 8; Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.
