Is a huge Room with two Full beds and its full toilette, at the great city of Cancun, needless to say, the beach is a short walk, but Playa Ballenas is one of the most beautiful beaches of Cancun.

Not only the best hotels are located there, like Ritz Carlton, Secrets Divine or Hard Rock Hotel; but also five star restaurants like Harry´s, Porfidio´s and Puerto Madero.

Aquaworld Marina for fun aquatic stuff, and Kukulcan Mall, all of this at a healthy walking distance.

I had a good stay, just the address was confusing and I wasn’t given the check in instructions in advance so I had to call the host who then helped me out and then we were all good. The room is basic but fine for the price, wall/ door is thin so you can hear the people next door but other than that no problems, nice and close to public beach area and some small stores near buy to buy snacks and cereal

Great simple place in a sea of resorts

This place was the perfect simple property I needed for my stay. It was clean, quiet and had a very nice pool in the courtyard. Communication was excellent and I would happily stay again. Thanks!

Great location.

Super easy to get to the beach. Had a nice pool in the back. Gated and safe. Quiet for the most part and it's spring break. Grab the bus right around the corner. Older and worn a bit. Need to provide some coffee cups, bowls spoons. The bathroom sink area needs some upgrading, for me it was priced right and would stay again in the future.

Sad ending for a sad week

Good host bad place.ac wasn’t working. The morning after getting there it was addressed however that exacerbated the black mold issue as ac only spread it around- by the third morning we both were suffering fugue and headaches. Visual mold in windows & walls -under sink and in AC.better to spend more than leave sick.

No soap, hand towel, coffee pot chipped, no cups. No broom resulting with sand in bed,big leak from air conditioning more than condensation, no extra toilet paper, no garbage bags, two broken lounge chairs only by pool

En general, muy bien por el precio y el área! Las áreas a mejorar son el baño, el cual no caía muy bien el agua caliente y no había planchador (solo plancha). Todo lo demás, era lo que se necesitaba.

usually a condo would have amenities, no TV, no fridge, no kitchen at all

this was an extra room which was blocked by a door to main unit so as basic as possible, old and older bed, not even a reading lamp, 1 ceiling light for whole room I feel owner should have been much more specific as to what this room DID NOT HAVE

Great location, good room. Security needs to know what they are doing, how to welcome guests and how to support them with accurate and helpful information. The coordinator could employ better customer service skills, and focus more on customers for sure. It's a shame the place does not turnover rooms or at least offer trash removal AND towel service. Make sure you take your own soap and toilet paper. Don't bother with drinks or food. No coffee maker, no fridge, no TV. If A/C malfunctions, be ready to wait until the team "gets it done." Overall the customer just has to wait ... the focus on the experience is on those who manage the place ... in their time and at their pace. So much potential, but poor understanding of quality customer treatment, service and support.

Is an unique opportunity, as the Condominium is located at the Hotel Zone, and is a Family oriented residences. We moved down town, and it became a great way to get and esta benefit of the property.
