Regency Isle 411 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo offering amazing views from the 4th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring extends throughout the unit.



• The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wet bar. The dining table seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic LUXE-breeze mattress, designed to feel up to 8 degrees cooler throughout the night. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.



• The second bedroom features a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic LUXE-breeze mattress, plus a set of twin XL bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry provides easy check-in and check-out.



• One assigned parking space is included within the two-car maximum. A second vehicle may park in unmarked spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailers are not permitted on the property at any time.

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was just as described. The only extremely small comment I have is they could have more hangers in the closet. Yes very small item until you need them. The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony very spacious. The interior furniture including mattresses were very comfortable!

Great location and scenery. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked. The floors could have been cleaner. And I think you should consider installing bars to hold onto , getting out of the tubs. But all in all loved it!

Stay away. The “host” (Donna the Disaster) is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. Additionally, the condo itself does not look as the photos present. Stains on the walls; broken cabinet doors ; no hot water in any of the bathroom sinks unless you run the shower first; outdated showers; hot tub and pools need work (lots of broken tiles and mildew); doors are rusted; and they make a huge deal out of “using their stuff.” They tell you to make sure you bring your own toilet paper , paper towels, dish soap, essentials that, for the price , you’d think they’d have. The condo we rented in Pensacola last year was an enormous level above. Lesson learned.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect either our property or the level of service we provide. Our team, including Donna, is committed to treating every guest professionally and respectfully, even in difficult situations. We stand behind the way this reservation was handled. The condo is represented with current photos and is accurately described in the listing. While it is not a newly renovated property, it is clean, well maintained, and enjoyed by the vast majority of our guests. The pools and hot tubs are owned and maintained by the condominium association, not our company, and any maintenance concerns are addressed by the HOA. We also clearly disclose in both our listing and pre-arrival information that we provide a starter supply of paper products and toiletries, as is standard in vacation rentals. Guests are responsible for replenishing those items as needed during longer stays. We encourage future guests to consider the many positive reviews this property has received over time, which we believe provide a much more accurate representation of the experience they can expect.
