Apartment in a prime location, beach right after a garden, with living room and kitchenette, satellite TV, and 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, or 2nd bedroom on the 1st Floor (via open staircase) with private bathroom + toilet for an additional charge.

Via the external staircase there are 2 terraces on the upper floor, one covered with a direct sea view, visual separation per apartment and one in a quiet garden area with armchairs and tables.

The apartment is perfectly positioned however the interior leaves a lot to be desired …. The bedding is nylon and I have experienced pillows like the ones here …..the television is all German stations ( some English stations would be desirable …. The balcony is not private and for all to use … maybe a little love should be spent on this apartment… you get what you pay for …. However, I have booked to go again in September

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und man hat Meerblick. Sie ist sauber, funktionell und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und ermöglicht das Kochen. Salema ist ein knuffiges Fischerdorf mit zwei Mercatos und zahlreichen Geschäften und Gaststätten. Die Küstenlandschaft (Klippen und Strände) sind sehenswert.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr das dritte Mal in Salema, weil wir diesen Ort einfach klasse finden, er ist ruhig, der Tourismus Ende September Anfang Oktober hält sich in Grenzen. Das Appartement hat eine wunderbare Lage. Die Terrasse ist allerdings nur bis 14:00 und dann wieder ab 19:00 zu nutzen, ansonsten steht die Sonne direkt darauf. Alles in allem wunderbar.

Schönes kleines Appartement in perfekter Lage

Schönes kleines Appartement, wir konnten den tollen Balkon mitbenutzen. Den Strand erreicht man innerhalb von einer Minute ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen. Salema ist ein nettes Örtchen mit allen was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Semaine en amoureux

Nous avons séjourné à Salema où nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un petit studio cosy avec une terrasse supérieure vue mer la plage est à 200m. Ça fait du bien d’être en vacances dans un endroit où il n’a pas de bloc mega-urbain au bord de la mer . Merci Werner pour cette location. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant Mira Mar c’est un dinguerie 😜

This property is comfortable and clean and perfect for a couple. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The owner was in contact before and during our stay to ensure that we had the information that we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. We would happily return to the property in future years.
