This house is in a great location- right around the corner from CJ’s off the square wedding venue and a very short walk into downtown Franklin. The interior is very clean and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this rental.

This house was perfect!!! So close to everything on main and cute coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cutest renovated but historic feeling house!

We loved our stay, perfect 3 bedroom for a family wedding in Franklin. Great location, can walk anywhere and especially close to CJ’s Off The Square if looking for a place to stay for a wedding.

This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect!First floor shower is not right. The temperature cannot be regulated. It's either scalding hot or cold. It may need a new handle. First floor bedroom, at the front of the house, had a pair of contacts found within the bedding.Found evidence of a mouse in the vinanity in the 1/2 bath. There were droppings on my medicine case.We were able to watch the TV one night. A message kept coming up that the bill had not been paid.
