Nothing can compare to a summer vacation in Rockport; especially if its spent on Long Beach! You're sure to feel any stress dissipate the moment you arrive, with the therapeutic smell of salt air, warmth from the sun and the calming sound of waves crashing ashore.
This well maintained 2nd row beach cottage is perfect for your vacation getaway. Just steps to the water & located within close proximity to beach access stairs.
This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, cottage is a cozy place to reconnect with family/friends. It comfortably sleeps 6 (within 3 queen size beds) although there is ample floor space for an air mattress or two.
Pet Friendly- a comfortable space dedicated just for your furry members travel crate and comfort. (PLEASE NOTE: Dogs are not allowed on beach between the months of May & Sept)
3 off street parking spaces/ Stickers required (purchase upon arrival at gate house)
One floor living; however unit is NOT handicap accessible.

Wonderful Beach Get Away!

Ocean Beach Cottage was the perfect place for a week at the beach for our family. The cottage is well equipped with everything needed for fun at the beach. We were steps from the beach and also enjoyed grilling in the backyard. We hope to return next year!

This property is a great location on Long Beach. Had everything we needed but the cottage could use some updates for sure. All the beds were comfortable, we could have used more towels, pillows and summer blankets. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great location, great week!

The location is wonderful. The beach is clean, uncrowded, and safe. We had our young grandchildren visit often and they had a ball playing in the waves and sand on Long Beach. Besides the location, the unexpected best part of the cottage was the huge bathroom. The fact that it is only accessible by an outside door turned out to be surprisingly advantageous. We had a great week. Thank you to the hosts.

Can’t beat the convenience for a beach vacation. House is low maintenance. Love the ocean breeze and sound of the surf. The bathroom is nice and new but you need to go outside to reach it on the ground level. There is a very small toilet/ sink in the main quarters.

Highly recommend

Without hesitation we recommend this property. I grew up on Long Beach so was delighted to revisit. Kelley and Ellis were responsive gracious and made us feel welcome. Their home is clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. If you have a pet they also make accommodations to welcome your 4 legged family member. You will not be disappointed.
