Great location as we walked to little beach and shoal bay beach within 15 minutes. 1 bedroom is downstairs and 2 bedrooms are upstairs.Host Laurie was very kind.Unfortunately the weather wasn't good while we were staying there but we would like to come back.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

Very clean and well maintained property, walking distance to beautiful Shoal Bay and short drive (or walk) to shops and cafes in Nelson Bay. Our family of 5 (kids aged 6-10) had a fun and relaxing time here. Lots of activities for kids in the area, or just hang at the beach. We’ll be back! Thanks for hosting us, Laurie!

Location perfect, property large and modern, previous tenants and on site cleaners not up to scratch

We had a great holiday here, loved then location and property. Issue we had was with the poor condition the previous tenants left the property in and the fact the on site cleaners did not rectify these issues before we checked in. After raising concerns the owner Laurie was more than accomodating and apologetic for the issues that we encounted on arrival. It is disappointing that some people dont respect properties that they rent, sad individuals indead. To the previous tenants, poor form you should be ashamed of your self. To the cleaners onsite, please try harder next time. I know its hard when things are dirty and smelly but this is literally your job to rectify these things before the next tenant, do better. To the owner Laurie, thank you again for your apology and understanding, you have been an angel to deal with and we really do appreciate it. In closing if you want a great large property in a perfect location look no further, this will tick alot of boxes, we really enjoyed our time staying there.

Nice clean relatively new home in a good location. Walking distance to Shoal Bay and a short drive to calmer beaches like Zenith and Fingal. Good communication from the owners.

Beautiful house near to the beach

We really enjoyed staying here. Close to the beach and everything matched the pictures and description. We will definitely come back if we plan on visiting Nelson Bay again.

Excellent Location and Stay

This property was perfect for my friends and I. We all had plenty of space and the essentials were provided for us. The beach was right around the corner and plenty of stores and shopping centres nearby. I would highly recommend this property as my friends and I all enjoyed our stay and no problems occurred!

Home away from home!!!

First of all the neighbourhood was the kind of place that was layed back friendly and quite. The property looked even better at first glance. The instructions to enter the property was very straight forward and clear. Once entering the home I just was so relaxed and happy to know that this accommodation was money well spent. From the kitchen, bedroom's, bathroom's, the entire place was in order and was as clean as the advertisement looked online. This was my family's first trip to Nelsons Bay and it definitely will not be the last.
