Front yard with small deck overlooking the quiet street. Large back yard, fenced, many trees to put your Hamacs and with a deck to enjoy your summer meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you should find all you need to make a great meal. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and a dryer.
Nice neighborhood & conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, hiking trails, kayaking river and beaches.
Ideal for long term rentals, 30 days and more.
