AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Leap into fun at the Flying Dolphin! This beautiful one bedroom with king-size bed, one bathroom, one built-in twin bunk beds, and one sofa sleeper condo is a great retreat for the family. With the plush king bed in the bedroom and a set of twin bunk beds off the hallway, and sofa sleeper in the living room you and the little ones will have a wonderful rest before a busy day of sun, sand, and fishing! Make some coffee in the Keurig and sit on one of the two balconies and enjoy the breeze, cook a meal and spend your time around the built-in banquette dining table, or enjoy a movie in the evening to wind down the day. The soothing blue tones abound and will make you fell like you're flying with the dolphins!

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Flying Dolphin is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Flying Dolphin the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Comfortable and Cozy Getaway

We like to cook, and were happy to find that the kitchen has nice quality cooking and serving pieces. Bring your own coffee filters, or K-cups--or walk over to CS Shore Cafe for your morning Joe!

We appreciated how clean the property was! At no point did I question the sheets, shower or anything else one should be particular on. I do think the mattress was a little firm and could have used an extra layer of bedding but I will bring a throw blanket next time for my own warmth and preferences. Two of the pools were heated which is very nice but the larger one needs a higher heat setting as the kids were still shivering and couldn’t swim long. Be sure and book your golf cart in advance as we didn’t and as a result did not get to enjoy one. We LOVE the outside facilities, property and cinnamon shore in general. Beautiful, clean beach and everything within walking distance it is just so great for a fun stay no matter what time of year, and what age you are. Truly a mini 30A experience. We were very pleased and will be back!

My son loved the bunks and bonus they were super comfy with soft linens. The kitchen was well stocked but wished we had saran wrap or foil and paper plates for kids or plastic plates. We also would of liked more kitchen towels vs 1 provided. It was beautifully decorated, very nice and clean. There were plenty towels and 6 bonus beach towels. We did notice that bathroom shower door leaked and reported on day 1, but still not fixed upon departure. It would of been nice to have squeegee for shower door. Also the freezer drawer got stuck at times, making it difficult to open. We loved the location, within walking distance of the lawn for evening dessert and entertainment. It was nice and quiet and enjoyable rental, we plan to be back next year and might just rent this one again.

Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon shores is a great community- you can tell the owner of this condo takes pride in his ownership well thought out layout, perfect for a family of 3-4. Mattress was comfortable, not worn out like so many are. Really appreciate that actual good quality knives and cookware were provided. I loathe rentals that have dull cooking knives. Only suggestion would be to try to increase shower water pressure, and add a hand held sprayer to help wash little ones and get the sand/grit down the shower drain.

Not as Expected

Immediately upon entering we were hit with a strong mold smell. The first night the AC wasn’t cooling so the next day we called to have fixed and the maintenance was AMAZING, fixed right away. We noticed black mold growing around AC which might be the reason for the strong mold smell. When we arrived home everything smelled like this, so I had to wash everything!! My kids wanted nothing to do with bunk beds! My oldest said smelled like an old grandma, so I climbed up and noticed dirty bedding! The bottom bunk was built so high my 3 year old couldn’t even get in. The bunk beds themselves need to be repainted. Dirty shoe marks and wear all over it. The master bedding was very worn and the sheets barely fit. They were stained with a black spot (just very old). The master needs curtains for the person that wants to sleep in dark bc it was too bright for me. Also the IKEA piece of furniture barely held anything, drawers would have been better for us. And NO TV in master. I went to use the blanket in den and it was dirty. No coffee pot only Keurig so the first morning I didn’t get to have coffee at condo. The shower grout was disgusting, need some bleach taken to it and some draino to the left side of sink that was stopped up. On a positive note, love Cinnamon Shore. We had an awesome time. The apartment was well designed and cute and stocked. I really hope this review helps the owner to know what’s going on because I’m sure they just don’t know or so I’m hoping that’s the case.

Our boys loved the bunk beds, and the king bed was very comfortable too. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! Only minor complaint was low water pressure at the kitchen sink and the shower door leaked, but both were manageable. I appreciated the swivel rocker in the living room for rocking the baby to sleep at night. TV and wi-if we’re great, and you can’t beat the location! Overall it was such a nice place, we loved it and hope to come back soon!

We reported it but no one ever came to fix it even after several requests. I had to hang a tarp over the doorway for privacy. We had another guest stay for 2 nights so it was awkward to say the least.

The Master Bedroom mattress was incredible. We even had to look and see what kind it was to purchase at home! We had the best nights sleep on it! The bunk beds were perfect for our 10 and 8 year old to sleep on. 2 Balconies to enjoy the morning sun or evening sun. The kitchen was full equipped and the washer and dryer was a huge plus! We will certainly return to this condo!
