Westwind #502 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 1 bath custom decorated condominium located on the 5th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 700 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room. The condo has hallway bunks and a fully equipped kitchen with all Frigidaire Gallery Stainless Steel appliances and Samsung front-load washer and dryer. There is one full bath with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom is located on the north side of the condo. King, two twins, sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6

Westwind is a 9-story building with 4 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Westwind has an outdoor pool and grilling area. Westwind has an outdoor pool and grilling area. The building has new exterior paint colors and new windows and sliding glass doors.

Fantastic location

This is our 3rd year staying in Westwind. It’s small enough building to not be crowded and the location is the best!!! Right on the beach, far enough from the Hangout to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. The condo is just as nice as the pictures look. Only 2 minor inconveniences that if changed would make this a 100% perfect place. The security light by the elevator shines right into the bedroom. Perhaps the owner can add some room darkening shades. Until then, bring an eye mask if light bothers you while sleeping because it’s brighter in the bedroom at 1:00 am than 10:00 am. And second, the bathroom lighting isn’t the best and it’s hard to see inside the shower to shave.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it could use a deep cleaning sofa needs some spots removed. toilet tank needs some repair water not cutting off .some mold on patio around sliding door
