With our owner direct rental, you will avoid check-in delays, you will receive parking passes, code entry info via mail prior to arrival so while others are waiting for room assignment and check-in, you will be enjoying the resort in a matter of minutes! We already kept our Condo sparkling clean but we now have enhanced our sanitization techniques for each incoming guest. Questions? 603 490 9445. Every area is disinfected and sanitized before every arrival.

DIRECT oceanfront one bedroom unit with gorgeous views. Located halfway up the bldg in the center. Nicely updated top to bottom, granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, all new cabinets, new seacoast gray laminate flooring throughout, new HVAC, and appliances. Beautifully decorated and peaceful and cozy place to enjoy for a vacation! Listen to the ocean waves right from your balcony all day long. Sea Watch Resort is well known as one of Myrtle Beach's top oceanfront resorts. Many people return here each year as their designated vacation spot. It is located right off highway 22, making it easy to get to and from the resort without traffic. Seawatch is within a "Wyndham Resort." It is upscale and the grounds are simply beautiful.

Seawatch Resort has everything to offer in a condominium complex. Unlike ANY other complex in Myrtle Beach, SeaWatch truly has a resort atmosphere with an emphasis on providing a relaxing vacation. The resort provides an amenity-packed environment with six outdoor pools, two indoor pools and seasonal musical entertainment 4 days a week. Enjoy the resort’s free wireless internet, Nautilus fitness center, arcade, poolside Tiki bar (in season), a gift shop, snack shop, and on-site laundry facilities. There are also planned activities for adults and children. Use the on-site concierge to schedule your discounted tee times, show tickets or dinner reservations! First family vacation!

We are so glad we chose to visit Myrtle Beach for our first vacation as a family of 3! The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, decorated nicely and the ocean view was lovely! Great location and the one bedroom was perfect size.

Balcony overlooking ocean was great. Room was perfect and although they were doing renovations on the building it wasn’t that noisy. Only setback was the laundry room. Minor setback but people waiting for machines weren’t so patient sometimes.

Perfect Vacation

Great Get-away weekend

This adorable condo was perfect for our get away weekend. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the owner clearly shows pride in her condo, as it is nicely updated and decorated in a beach theme. It had everything that we needed to make breakfasts and snacks, and had easy access to the pools and beach. The check in process was so easy, as all information was provided ahead of time. We enjoyed beginning our day on the balcony with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Proximity to shopping and restaurants made going out in the evenings easy. We look forward to staying here again!

It was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Well kept. Comfortable beds.

Property was good. To cool to use out door pool so used indoor pool instead. Enjoyed the hot tub inside and outside. Cleaning done regularly. exercise class twice a week. Most of their craft activities were geared to the younger crowd. But lots to get involved in if you wish. I would definitely return.

Best condo at Sea Watch

The condo looks exactly like the photos and even better in person. Condo was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for the stay. Furniture, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable making for a relaxing atmosphere. There is even a pull out sofa that made for a comfortable nights rest. The whole process from check in to check out, could not have been smoother. Resort itself has so many amenities that you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. The view is from the balcony of the condo, is breathtaking!! We will definitely be staying here again and renting this same condo!!!

SeaWatch Ocean Amazing Views! LOVED IT! A+

This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, cozy and inviting...beautifully decorated, just the right size for my husband and I. Even though it's technically "ocean view," it was basically ocean front- with a kitty-corner view, very close to the shore, which was so beautiful and relaxing! The resort is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were there not long after Hurricane Ian, so a few of the pool areas were under repair. As other reviews stated, PattyAnne was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was clearly communicated, and loved the "no check-in" process pass code entry. Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful for family of 4

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location can’t be beat - you’re just an elevator ride away from the pools and only a few more steps to the beach. The room was very clean and decorated so nicely! Patty Anne made the process so smooth so that when we arrived we knew where to park, how to get access to our room, and what the available amenities were so we could enjoy right away. We will definitely be back here soon!!

Girls Getaway

My bff n I booked this condo for March. Then Co-Vid hit. Pattyanne was so good to change our dates w/o hesitation. She was so easy to communicate with n answer any questions.
