Beautiful 1 Bedroom Loft Deluxe Apartment. This is a 1 bedroom private apartment tastefully appointed with all modern amenities yet reflecting on the historic and heritage design of the property. Fully stocked kitchen with all amenities including fridge, stove and microwave. The kitchen area has a table and is stocked with all amenities. The living area includes a cozy lounging area with large screen TV and a large sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful property.
The bedroom is large with a King pillow top bed as well as closets and dressers for storage. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is also complimentary ensuite washer and dryer in the apartment.
Sit out on your private balcony with a waterview of the Charlottetown Harbour and relax or read a book and enjoy the beauty of Olde Charlottetown.
There is free off street parking for your car also.

Wonderful

This place was wonderful. It was very clean, quiet and had everything you needed. The location was perfect that we could walk everywhere. I definitely recommend this apartment and I would stay here again.

Cute apartment and close to everything

As long as you don’t have any mobility issues with stairs, this top floor apartment is super cute and spacious. A Big bedroom with a King bed and bright and airy living space. Big kitchen and we took the little table out to the balcony for breakfasts. You can even see the water from the one side. We didn’t have a frying pan so we messaged the host and it arrived later in the day. This place is a very short walk to the harbour and downtown shops. We loved eating at Water Prince restaurant at the corner for seafood on the patio. Walk to the wharf and grab a sunset lobster hauling boat ride with Captain Kenny - so fun! I would stay here again for sure. Loved it. Stayed 4 nights.
