Ideally situated on a quiet crescent in Whangamata, helping you get peace, quiet and tranquility all year round - even during the peak of the holiday season!!
The Master bedroom (with ensuite), lounge and dining room all open up and flow out to the peaceful north facing, sunny paved courtyard, where you can spend your days unwinding on the outdoor furniture.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Whangamata delight gives you great flexibility in bedding configuration and is ideally suited for 2 families or 3 couples who want to treat themselves together but can enjoy their own privacy.
Not only does this modern executive Whangamata holiday home suit family but is perfect as an Executive hideaway or corporate retreat to recharge those batteries as you listen to the distant sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
If the weather is unkind there is plenty of room for the kids to play in the spacious double internal garage. The rear of the house is fenced, and ideal for small children.
