We loved this place the set up a lay out is awesome …. We had toddlers so no fire guard was hard we improvised with the clothes rack.
Didn’t need key when we arrived as house was already open which could be unsafe had anyone else went in before we arrived. Spa need a net scope so we can scoop the bark an hair out each day an I assume it has automatic cleaning products to clean it daily ….. the house has all the things you need an more especially in the kitchen I was so surprised to see what was available to use from tea and coffee to salt n pepper spices an firefighters plus plenty wood to make memories toasting mashmellows …. We would love to come back some day

Could be better
House is spacious and has a nice deck. Property alarm keeps beeping all day and night long, which was a bit of annoying for first night. We called the 0800 number and they solved the issue giving us the code to turn it off. Hot pool was sadly not cleaned at all. Water and pool’s wall were super dirty and we couldn’t use it much. Some beds make so much noise when sleeping and moving. An air cond would be great as doors and windows can’t stay opened coz of heaps of mosquitoes inside. Check out day, power and water were cut out twice in less than 10min, then came back to normal. We called the 0800 number but nobody returned to us.
Great place to stay, only having 1 room with more than a double bed was a bit of a negative for our group but I can see how it would work for a family.
The place was very clean and the communication clear. The spa pool was lovely but unfortunately we were only able to use it 2 nights as it was a bit smelly when we got there.
When we did make contact about this, they were very quick to get the spa technician out and he did an amazing job, might just need to get him out more regularly.
Overall a lovely stay.
