Casa Elena is a contemporary 2,200 square foot split-level villa featuring four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is conveniently located in the center of Manuel Antonio in a quiet cul de sac. In a walking distance to supermarkerts, restaurant and public transportation.
The entire home features split air-conditioning units and ceiling fans are found throughout the house where guests can enjoy a tropical breeze. The master bedroom features a queen bed and en-suited bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom offers guests two twin beds, these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the lower level, completely independent from the main house and features a queen sized bed and private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen leads into an entertaining area and provides guests with access to an outdoor deck area. There is also a half bathroom in the main level.
The private pool features a waterfall and an outdoor shower where guests can watch the visiting monkeys and various types of Costa Rican wildlife. This villa offers guests both garage and off street parking, High speed WiFi, and concierge services to ensure a seamless vacation experience.
This property is conveniently located minutes away to the Manuel Antonio National Park, its world famous beaches and the Marina Pez Vela while still maintaining the peaceful and tranquil natural space it is known for.
