My husband and I live here year round and spend our summers in a one bedroom cottage about 20 minutes away. We are happy to provide you with information about the area with suggestions on things to do, places to go, etc. We are also accessible and responsive to your needs during your stay.
Why they chose this property
This property is centrally located with a private pool and ocean and bay beaches just minutes away. It is closely located to other towns and villages in the Hamptons, close to Sag Harbor and the wineries on the North Fork. The house is in a private community with a community park with lovely views of Hands Creek and 3 Mile Harbor. 10 minutes to East Hampton Village; 15 minutes to Sag Harbor.
What makes this property unique
House is very suitable for couple or families. Master is on one wing of the house; guest swing on the opposite wing. Everyone has their privacy. Several outdoor seating and dining areas.
