Loved it!!!!

We had a wonderful time. Pam & Richard were great hosts. They were very helpful the entire time. The house has a fantastic layout for a family. The pool is delightful. And the location to everything is perfect. We would absolutely stay again.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located with a private pool and ocean and bay beaches just minutes away. It is closely located to other towns and villages in the Hamptons, close to Sag Harbor and the wineries on the North Fork. The house is in a private community with a community park with lovely views of Hands Creek and 3 Mile Harbor. 10 minutes to East Hampton Village; 15 minutes to Sag Harbor.

What makes this property unique

House is very suitable for couple or families. Master is on one wing of the house; guest swing on the opposite wing. Everyone has their privacy. Several outdoor seating and dining areas.
