Tucked away on a private dirt road on over an acre of property, this spacious 3-bedroom is a short stroll to Montauk’s Ditch Plains surfing beach. Large, comfortable living area with expansive decking and beautiful grape arbor off front porch. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, screened-in back porch, sun room with hot tub and large outdoor shower. Plenty of storage for surfboards & bikes. Only 500 yards to ocean beach and hiking trails in Shadmoor State Park.

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful private home, close enough to walk to the beach, great outdoor space for family dinners or get togethers. House is newly renovated with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The owner Dina is very responsive. Overall, this property is a gem!
