Whether your desire is fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, bicycling or walking on nature trails you will find it here.

Our downtown area includes shopping boutiques that offer unique gifts, antiques, home furnishings, local art and that perfect outfit. Dining includes restaurants and bistros that serves savory and fresh local seafood and tasty treats. You will also find a relaxing spa, an inviting waterfront marina, one of Florida’s first lighthouses, family friendly parks, grocery stores and local hangouts that provide live music for your entertainment. All of this you can have within a block and a half of this vacation home.

This paradise escape home is distinctively furnished with beautiful tiled floors and stainless steel appliances. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, den with pull out bed, updated kitchen, and dining room. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, small appliances, towels, sheets, two flat screen TVs, cable, internet, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. It also has a large backyard that includes a patio and grill for family gatherings and plenty of private parking space for your vehicles and boat.

Great spot just blocks from town.

Great little spot close to town and the marina. Took a few employees off shore fishing and this house was great. Having two living rooms was prefect. Nice quiet town too.

Great spot for Cape San Blas adventures

Well stocked and comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood convenient to walking downtown. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Year and the house was decorated, complete with a little tree and home baked cookies on the counter! Debbie was a great communicator prior to our stay and responded quickly when we had an issue with the wifi connection. Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was wonderful and the beaches are beautiful and full of shells. My kids had a blast and that's my favorite part. You can enjoy the beaches in the peninsula and drive 30 mins to the peninsula to enjoy the gulf. I would highly recommend this house its location was perfeft!!!

Great Place to Make Memories

This was the perfect spot for long time friends to get together. The house was wonderful with everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us to easily walk anywhere we wanted. David and Debbie were great about keeping in touch and making sure we had a great stay. It was a get away we'll never forget!

Lovely Beach town home!

The home was beautifully clean when we arrived! Debbie was a great communicator and provided us with everything we needed! Our family of four was quite comfortable, but the home could very easily house a lot more than that with no problems! The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is located close the everything! One could very easily walk or bike to restaurants and shops if you didn't feel like driving. The back yard is large and provides a nice play space and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the bay breezes. The home is well stocked with kitchenware and even movies and games. We liked the two living spaces -- worked great for having kids and electronics along. Lol We have zero complaints and look forward to planning a trip back! Would absolutely stay here again!

Deborah and David are very responsive and helpful hosts. The house is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Port Saint Joe is a pretty and peaceful town. It’s a great place for people who like to walk, and Debbie and David’s house is close to everything. I enjoyed being able to walk to stores and the Post Office. Lots of beautiful scenery in the area. St Joseph’s Peninsula State Park is a must see. All in all a very relaxing stay in the warm FL sunshine.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

I loved staying at this house. My kids loved the den/children's area! It's so quiet that we are able to go out on the back porch and enjoy the fresh air with out hearing people yelling, cars honking, etc.(like you do at other beach areas). Onther night we could hear the live band from the restaurant down the road playing. It was not loud at all(we could only hear them from tþce back porch not inside). I recommend this very wonderful house to anyone going that way! We can't wait to come back again! One of tþce things that i loved was the garden hose outsell on the back porch to be able to spray off with so we didn't track sand all over the house. The pictures on here don't do this wonderful home justice. Come see for yourself!

Our family reside approximately 1 hour from Port St. Joe (PSJ) and we consider this area our home away from home. Our family has been going to Port St. Joe since 2004 and have delighted in watching our children grow up and thoroughly enjoy themselves while on mini vacations. With Port St. Joe being so close our family tries to visit at least 3 times a month and spend long weekends in the area. We have found the area to be very quite and peaceful. This gives us time to relax after working hard during the week. We will take our boat out and fish as much as we can and enjoy the peacefulness of St. Joe Bay and the surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

We purchased and renovated this house because it was in a great location to the amenities of PSJ and to give other families the opportunity to experience the fond memories our family has been able to experience in PSJ. Our family has done what most others do and rent a place to have a peaceful getaway. When we realized we loved the area and its unique charm, we decided it was time to start planting roots and giving the same opportunity to others like we have experienced. After you have visited for the first time you will understand why we fell in love with this area.
