SILVER LAKE HOUSE - WAUTOMA, NEXT TO RESTAURANT

We want to rent to families and friends that will take the utmost care of this property and treat it as it was your home away from home.
This Silver Lake cottage is located next door to Silvercryst Restaurant and is on one of the nicest, largest, clearest lakes in the Wautoma area. Silvercryst Restaurant has various nights of entertainment and make the best 'Old Fashions' in town. The owners and their staff makes you feel like family.
The home is on Big Silver Lake, which features 350 acres of boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and water sports in the crystal clear natural spring fed lake. This cottage has Southern exposure and gets sun pretty much all day. The sunsets are amazing and the views from the many windows and patio doors in the cottage are breathtaking and peaceful.
The 78 foot frontage of sandy beach is awesome for any age child or adult to wade in the water with ease. Children and adults alike feel comfort when experiencing the waters edge because of the nice, sandy, shallow walk into the water. There is a private dock where no splinters will be found.
You would also be able to dock your own boat if you wish. We also include kayaks and stand up paddleboards with full week rental.
Our cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen with island seating, dining area and a nice sized living room. The house will sleep 11 people comfortably with additional sleeping on the couches in the living room.
The open concept of the kitchen and living room has outstanding views of the lake from all angles. There is a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, fire pit, gas grill, TV, DVD movies, games and High Speed WIFI for all to use.
There are also many other great places to eat in town along with ice cream shops and pizza places in Wautoma which all are just minutes away. Antique shops, 2 golf courses, Nordic Mountain for downhill skiing/tubing and snowmobiling are other activities to do in the area. If you have more people in your party and were interested in renting a camper on one of the campsites close by, this could be available through us as well.
This house/cottage home has it all and is only a 2 hour drive from Milwaukee, 3-3.5 hours from Chicago, 1.5 hours from Madison, 45 minutes from Appleton/Oshkosh, 1hour from Wausau and 30 minutes from the Waupaca area. It is the perfect drive, with the feel of 'Up North' without the long drive.
Includes all kitchen items, washer/dryer, bed linens and bathroom towels. No smoking. Many updates & new pictures to come.
