Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

In the middle of everything! Within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. Beach is easy to get to. Pool is well kept. The local area is busy since the house is next to a public beach access and bars. But the house is quiet. Hardly heard any outside noise. Clean, comfortable, well kept!

OMG! 8 of us celebrated my 60th birthday here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The deck overlooking the ocean and beach was heavenly for morning coffee, yoga, reading, chillaxing, wine and late night conversations. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and listening to music at Coconut Joe’s next door. Comfy beds, spacious living area and kitchen. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We’d all love to come back again. Worth every penny!

What a great location! Access to multiple restaurants within seconds. Great views from the patio. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Would easily visit again!
We had 7 adults and 4 kids altogether and there was plently of space for us all. The condo is well equipped and the location is perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!
Nice stay! You are in the heart of it all with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The beach can get crowded, but if you like lots to do right by you, this is your place. Good layout of the condo and nice pool. Enjoyed our stay.
Have stayed at this property several times over the past several years and already going back next year. The view is outstanding, the condo spacious with everything you need. Our pups love it too!
Multiple family stay including a dog, plenty of room for all! Condo was fully stocked with linens, bath towels, cooking supplies and basics. Was clean and fresh upon arrival. The balcony view was 5 we could sit out and hear live music from neighboring restaurants/bars. Family friendly area with so much to see and do. Something for all ages. Just beautiful !

We loved this property! The view was stunning! The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening listening to the live music next door. We would definitely stay here again.
