The second bedroom is located on the main floor and also features a queen bed as well as a full bathroom ensuite and small lanai. The fully equipped kitchen is completely open to the dining and living area creating a large open living space featuring a high open beam ceiling. Enjoy open living space, which opens to the large lanai. The lanai is great for relaxing or enjoying meals in the fresh Maui air. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are tiled.

Very nice private stay

The condo complex is in a great location with beautifully maintained grounds. The kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking essentials including sharp knives fir a change. The unit is spacious & well laid out with a very private lanai. I would definitely stay here again

Condo was very clean and the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were really nice. However, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the room was quite understocked with no beach gear, very little cooking items and only 2 beach towels for 4 people.

Very clean

This unit is very clean- a tad older (kitchen & bathrooms were upgraded at some point so they are nice) but every corner was super clean which I greatly appreciated. It’s a bit of a walk coming back to the unit but this wasn’t an issue for us. Would stay here again. Quiet too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo for our family. It is dated and I will say it did not feel that clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. Need more dishcloths and dish towels (we had to buy some). Great location and view. So close to the pool. The company was very responsive with our needs. I would stay at this place again but suggest updating the kitchen

Presentation of the facility was beautiful inside

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility itself is beautiful .nice gardening well-kept. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Unfortunately our unit itself was filled with cockroaches and was uncomfortable to stay in washing machine did not work most of the time that we were in our Unit.

Maui Kamaole - Beautiful property!

Maui Kamaole is a beautiful property in a good location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beach. The pools and grounds are beautifully maintained. Each unit has an assigned parking spot which was great! Unit L-209 is in desperate need of an update. The carpet is stained in many areas and the furniture is worn out. The water pressure in the main bathroom shower was poor and the ice maker was not working when we were there. (We did not call management to complain because we did not want to take the time to deal with possible repairs.) There was A/C in both bedrooms and the living room which worked well. The temperature of the unit was always cool and comfortable. The main Lanai faces the pool and is very nice. I would definitely stay at this property again but not this unit unless it was updated.

Great spot. Close to pool and BBQ. A bit of a hike to beach with kids. No Lawn chairs or umbrella, which was a disappointment. We’ve had them at the past 4 places we have stayed in Kihei. Had to rent as well as a wagon to transport kids up and down the big hill down to the beach. If I’m being picky, seriously lacking kitchen utensils no BBQ gear. Mentioning this just as a heads up to guests that may be expecting more. Hardly, set us back - adapt and move on, but a little disappointing. I would certainly rent this unit again if it was available, but I would be better prepared on what to bring. Very quiet complex. Overall an incredibly enjoyable trip and stay but I would give the majority of the credit to being in paradise with our family!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and served all needs required during our 10 day stay. The close proximity to one of the pools was the highlight for our 8 and 11 year old (noise from the pool couldn’t be heard at any time).
