180º red rock views from the Great Room with 2 levels of wrap around balconies for outdoor entertaining. It's hard to find a room without a view in this beautiful 2300sf 3bed/3bath plus den home. Master suite on main level with king sized bed jacuzzi tub, dual sinks and shower. Each Bedroom has its own bath and top of the line Casper mattresses and hotel quality sheets! Other amenities include cable tv, wifi, laundry and central a/c. Centrally located in Sedona with easy access to all. Great for hikers, mountain bikers and relaxers alike.
*please note that the garage is not accessible for guests.

Good location to walk to trails and downtown

Location & views from house were wonderful. House was not cleaned before we got there, took 3 hours, before we could settle in. Host gave refund for cleaning fee. Home layout was good, but not well set up for 7 people, for example: dining table only had 5 chairs. Not as well maintained as previous rentals. Would consider again if in the area.

Christmas Vacation

The property is exactly as advertised. Very spacious with jaw-dropping views. The owner is very responsive to requests. This was my first VRBO rental and all went well. The kitchen is well equipped and the wraparound decks on two levels provide great outside benefits.

A fine time was had by all

Lovely, fully functional house. Beautiful views from the wrap-around deck. Excellent location for restaurants and hiking. Four discrete rooms for sleeping. Easy to communicate with property management.
