This house was perfect for our big family! It was so clean and had everything you could possible need. The outdoor kitchen was even fully stocked! The host who met us, Kathy, walked us thru was so helpful and nice! Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa for our large family. A perfect layout of the main house and casitas around the outdoor pool and living spaces which were great. Centrally located in Nosara with a short walk to Playa Guiones beach. The host and our concierge were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Hope to return!!

Just like the pictures and an AMAZING location. Super private property and so close to it all. Check in was easy (it took us a minute to FIND the house but the property mgr eventually just sent us a Pin and we found it). We would stay again! Top notch quality and gorgeous landscaping.

The place is amazing. Was perfect for our group of 11. Spent most of the time in the pool or in the outdoor kitchen. Need a golf cart to get the most out of the town. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Incredible property with the perfect location.

10/10– highly recommend this property. Pablo was incredible and helped to book a chef, drivers, golf carts, zip line, dinner reservations, massages etc. What an amazing trip!

Great place for a family vacation

My family had a great vacation at Playa Guiones. The concierge was wonderful and very responsive. Very easy access to the beach and the golf cart rentals were perfect for getting around. I highly recommend this rental. Pura Vida!

Excellent Property

This property worked great for our family group of 15! The location was excellent and the property manager, Pablo, was immediately responsive to any issues that came up and they were resolved quickly. He was also very helpful in the planning stages of our trip, providing and setting up transportation and information about various activities in the area. We would definitely return if in the area again.

Beautiful and perfect for our 3 families

This house was in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was great and we loved the casitas around the pool. It gave everyone privacy and space. The yoga palapa was a bonus.

Fantastic Spring Break

The property is stunning. The pool is huge and we used the swim up bar a lot. All the casitas have en suite bathrooms and the A/C worked great. Very quick walk to 2beaches, one best for swimming and one for surfing. Pablo was an excellent communicator.

Excellent location and fun family compound

Casa de Alces was great for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out with a party of 11. The accommodations are as pictured. The house staff is very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend. Short walk to beach and town.

Amazing Playa Guiones casa

Beautiful casa as advertised. Staff were wonderful before and during our stay. Easy walk to the beach. We were there with several families and each one had their own casita so you can get some quiet when you need it. The outdoor kitchen area is a perfect central hub for everyone. Will definitely come back.

Great stay

Great location, great set-up. Plenty of room for our 4 families. Outside kitchen was the centerpiece of the property and we ate all of our meals out there. Town and beach was walkable or easily accessed with our rental golf carts. Katy and Pablo were great setting everything up for us. Everyone loved it, would definitely come again.

Beautiful Spacious Villa close to the beach

The villa is huge with plenty of room for a large group. The outdoor kitchen area has plenty of seating and the pool is amazing. It is just a short walk to the beach and you can walk into town easily or take a short golf cart ride. It was our 3rd trip to Nosara and this house is by far the best Villa in town. Kathy the concierge is super helpful and took care of all of the planning for us. We had a wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to go back!

Village Yoga in Nosara

The best, most spacious space for a yoga retreat. The yoga Shala is clean and equipment provided is good quality and well organized. The house concierge, Kathy, is the super helpful and a great communicator. 5+ stars!!!
