The kitchen has everything you need for a short or extended stay and features granite counters, a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, and stainless appliances. toaster, coffee maker, blender, spices, cookware, and utensils. The master bedroom features a 42-inch HDTV, a large walk-in closet, and an upgraded shower with a seat. The second bedroom, hall bathroom, and interior laundry room can be closed off for privacy. The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk with a computer and printer with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. A gas golf cart is provided for your use as well as his and hers bicycles. The extended lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Two separate areas for outdoor dining are provided, along with a grill. The neighborhood pool is located at the Bonifay Country Club only several blocks away. Colony Plaza Shopping Center is conveniently close by. Brownwood and Lake Sumter Town Centers are also close by. Minimum rental is 7 days, 30 days during January through March. All guests reserving longer than 30 days receive a complimentary housecleaning. No pets.
