'Villa Wolin MIDi' is a comfortably designed holiday home (built in 2003) with an 800 sqm, enclosed property. The house is located near Kolczewo, a very quiet place. The village in which the holiday home is located is only 3 km from the Baltic Sea coast. The nearby beaches offer exceptionally quiet relaxation and fantastic views!

Villa Wolin MIDi is a perfect alternative for your family vacation or simply for relaxation in nature.

An internationally known Amber Baltic golf club is 2 km from the house.

Inquiry and booking:
If you have received confirmation from us that the desired period is free and you have informed us by e-mail or by phone (within 2 days!)that you want to book, we reserve the house for you. You will then receive the rental contract by email or fax within 2 days.

Payment:
You pay 40% of the rental amount within 7 days and 60% of the rental amount 6 weeks before the start of the trip. After receiving the 1st Rental payment, your booking is valid and the house is reserved for you. You will receive a confirmation from us for every payment.

In most cases, the security deposit is paid in cash on site.

Amazing Place

Very nice Place, a car is clearly recommended, surrounded by beautiful nature, birds were singing. We clearly recommend this beautiful escape.

Das Haus sehr charmant, ebenso der Garten. Etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt befindet sich der Nationalpark mit Zugang zum Strand. Das Haus ist positiv, die Küche gut ausgestattet , die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten ist gänzlich umzäunt, unser Hund hat’s geliebt. Die Gastgeberin war aufmerksam, freundlich und gut erreichbar. Sehr schönes Haus für einen Ausflug mit großer Familie

Das Haus, der Garten und auch die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Im Herbst/Winter wird mit Heizung und/oder bei Bedarf mit Kamin geheizt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit Auto gut zurückzulegen (20-25min)

Ruhige Umgebung, nachts bellen häufig Hunde in der Umgebung. Straßenschild schlecht zu erkennen bei Anreise, es befindet sich auf der linken Seite am Zaun. Teilweise müsste der eine oder andere Gebrauchsgegenstand ersetzt werden. Sonst sehr schön und alles vorhanden!

Traumhaftes Haus!

Alles war zu unserer größten Zufriedenheit. Die Agentur hatte fehlerhafte Personenzahl übermittelt, aber nach Anruf war Maya in 10 min. da. Für polnische Verhältnisse sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral, man erreicht alle möglichen Ziele unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Haus, toller Familienurlaub

Das Haus und die Vermieterin sind super. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, man hatte alles was man benötigt hat. Die Kommunikation lief gut ab. Leider fehlten die Handynummern. Gerne hätten wir noch ein paar Sachen schneller übers Telefon geregelt. Daraus haben wir gelernt. Der Ort allerdings hat noch Luft nach oben Die Straßen, wenn man sie so nennen kann, sind eine Vollkatastrophe. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, das was bei Google Maps zu finden war war leider geschlossen. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger ländlicher Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen ländlichen Lage. Man ist schon auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Zufahrtswege sind leider sehr staubig bzw. an Regentagen auch matschig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr komfortabel, TV, Wlan, Küchengeräte, elektrische Markise, Kamin, Grill, 4 Fahrräder. 2 Badezimmer. Große Rasenfläche mit mehreren Relax-Liegen. Stellplätze für zwei Autos Für größere Familien sehr geeignet.

Schönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus befindet sich in einem abgelegenen Ort (Kolczewo), in dem es sehr ruhig ist. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. In Kolczewo gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man für paar Tage Urlaub braucht. Von Kolczewo aus, kann man super die nahegelegenen Ferienorte mit dem PKW anfahren. Wenn man also bewusst ruhiger wohnen möchte und einen PKW während des Urlaubs nutzen möchte, dann ist das das passende Ferienhaus. Das Inserat beschreibt es sehr genau.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, komplett eingezäunt. Zum Meer ist es etwas weit, man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Misdroy ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15min erreichbar. Es gibt einen Supermarkt im Ort wo man alles bekommt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Enttäuscht

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Das Kücheninventar war doch recht abgenutzt, zum Teil (Pfannen) unbrauchbar und müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Unzureichende Beleuchtung, vor allem in der Küche. Schade, aber ich kann keine Empfehlung für das Objekt aussprechen

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir fühlten uns in unserem 1-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem Haus mit dem schönen Garten sehr wohl. Wir waren 7 Personen und es war ausreichend Platz und auch ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Während der Zeit gab es ein Problem mit der Sammelgrube, welches nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Gastgeberin sofort am selben Tag behoben wurde. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus!

Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein wenig holprig. Tiefergelegte Autos haben es sehr schwer ;) Das Haus ist das letzte in einer Sackgasse. Das Haus wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer, aber es reicht trotzdem vollkommen aus (wir waren 7 Personen!).Im Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden um dort Zeit zu verbringen. Kücheninventar war ein bisschen alt und leider war einiges schmutzig. Aber man kann ja alles abwaschen oder in die Spülmaschine stellen. Der Garten mit der Terrasse ist wunderschön angelegt und tagtäglich kamen uns die Nachbarskatzen besuchen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man kann schön spazieren gehen. In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen See. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Super Urlaub im Herbst

Haus und Garten sehr schön. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, aber wir haben's gewusst. Dafür hat man wirklich Ruhe. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus mit seinem angrenzenden Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet (inkl. Grill und Fahrrädern). Hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Küche und der offene Ess-/Wohnbereich sowie der nutzbare Kamin. Man ist absolut ungestört und kann selbstständig ein- und auschecken. Alles in allem sehr komfortabel. Absolute Empfehlung. Gern wieder.

Perfect stay

Sehr empfehlenswert

Familienfreundlich, großer gepflegter Garten mit Pavillon, wo man gut grillen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Gut für weite Spaziergänge. Stellplatz für 2 Autos, Kamin, Grill. Einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind heute aus dem Urlaub zurück gekommen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gemütlich eingerichtet, Betten waren frisch bezogen. Einziger Abzug ,es gab für jeden Gast nur ein Handtuch, das fand ich für 6 Nächte viel zu wenig. Zwei Handtücher wäre das mindeste. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen angelegten Garten und die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Auto muss sein😊 schon wegen der Einkäufe. Wechselstuben gibt es überall, man kann aber auch mit Euro bezahlen. Nun hoffe ich das es mit der hinterlegten Kaution auch noch klappt, dann ist alles okay. Mfg

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Gerade für unsere 1 1/2 jährigem Zwillinge war der Garten perfekt. Ringsherum alles durch Hecken und Tore geschützt, sodass sie frei spielen konnten. Im Haus ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Das Dörfchen bietet nicht sehr viel, allerdings war uns dies bewusst und wir haben Ausflüge mit dem Auto geplant oder blieben direkt gemütlich im Haus.
