The condo was nice and clean and incredibly close to the Mountain Village. George was also great with communication and answered all of our questions. Definitely will look out for this place again for our next trip to Park City
Our family had a great time in this condo. The building is next to the lifts. The condo has a beautiful private wooded view. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation. We cooked a full Christmas dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. George was super responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay again!
George was great and very helpful from the start. His condo was clean and the kitchen and baths were stocked with anything you needed. We chose this property because it was “ski-in/ski-out”. That was kind of accurate. While the property was close to the ski lift, it was still a hike to get to George’s unit which is not overlooking the slopes. This was a bit of a challenge for our children especially. Also, the lockers were not heated so you couldn’t leave your ski boots and gloves there as they would still be wet the next day. We paid quite a bit more because we thought it was truly a ski-in/ski-out so that’s the only reason we are t giving this property a five star.

HI Stacie, I gotta say that I am a bit surprised by your review. This is the first time that the points that you raise have been made.
Here is my response:
1) Ski in / Ski Out: Snow Flower Condominiums property is listed as Ski In/Ski Out. There is a view of the Park City Mountain slopes from the kitchen window and front door. The walk on the pathway from the ski locker on the ground floor to the slopes takes about a minute depending upon how fast you walk. From there you can ski/snowboard down the hill to the First Time and 3 Kings lifts (and the Eagle lift when it is open to the general public). At the end of the day you can ski/snowboard directly to the condo pathway.
Ski Locker room: It is indeed heated. As you did, renters typically leave skis/poles/snowboards in the ski locker and take their boots, gloves, goggles, helmets, etc to the condo. There are plastic trays on the condo hallway floor to place the boots on.
From the ski locker room to/from the condo, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator. The elevator is only a few steps from both the ski locker room and the condo.
.
We were in touch during your stay. I really wish that you had contacted me to bring up these points. For example, there are dryer sheets in the condo that do a nice job of removing moisture from boots and gloves. This is an issue that everyone who hits the slopes has to deal with. I will make a point of putting this in the info package that we send out.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss further.
Regards,
George
This is a great SnowFlower condo - very well maintained and incredibly comfortable. Location and amenities are superb. I can't wait to stay here again - Owner is really wonderful and we had no surprises or problems.
Can't say enough good stuff about this condo. The location was amazing (literally steps to the lifts), clean, nicely laid out and furnished, short walk to the store, communication and instructions were clear, all in all I couldn't ask for more. Would absolutely book again! Thanks George!
This is my second year staying at the Treehouse and this year just like last year was amazing starting with George’s incredible communication. He emailed earlier in the year to make sure we bought our epic passes when there was a discount, he also gave good advice for instance arranging a car back to the airport since Uber and Lyft are unreliable in park city. I also had groceries delivered before my arrival and he made sure it went smoothly. The condo is fully stocked- soap, dish detergent, towels , and even $10 quarters for laundry. It truly was a home away from home for myself and fiancé along with our three kids. The access to the slopes is so easy with the ski locker downstairs and then a very short walk to the first lift. My kids said they want to live here. I wish I could too. I’m booking again for next year and already counting down the days . The treehouse is perfect! Thank you George!
George was very accommodating and his home has everything you need to make your ski vacation amazing. Well equipped, close to lifts and the hot tub after a day on the slopes is a welcome respite.
We have a family of 4 ( older kids). We were able to spread out with my daughter taking the loft and my son had his own room. The condo could have easily slept 3 or 4 more comfortably. George is a great host . I highly recommend
This was our families first trip to Park City and we had a blast! The Snow Flower condo was perfect for us. the location was very convenient it was clean and George was very helpful and even checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommended this place to any of my friends!!
George is the best in communicating with his guests. He prepared his unit in such a level of details that we haven’t experienced in other rental places. The unit is relatively small but very cozy and well furnished. We had a great time!
Can't beat the location of this condo, you can ski right out to the lifts. It is an older development, but the owner, George, has done a good job keeping the unit clean, and he was very responsive to making sure our needs were met.
George was a great host. Very easy to get in touch with, helpful, and friendly. The condo was perfect for skiing and very comfortable. We will hopefully be back!
We go to Park City every year to ski. After such a crazy 2020 - this was not only our best ski trip ever, but one of our best family trips anywhere. Snow Flower #160 matched the description perfectly, it was super clean and the location was awesome! George was an amazing host. He provided all the details for check in and our stay ahead of time and was super responsive to any questions or requests. George even checked in with us to make sure we were having an epic time - and we did!

About the host
Hosted by George
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After attending school in the northeast, I worked for major banks based in New York. I lived and worked for a good portion of my time in these jobs in Latin America. I spent 6 months in Bogota, Colombia, 3 years living in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and 7 years based out of New York covering Latin America. Since then I have lived in several places in the U.S. and am now based in my hometown of Houston.
In 1999 I had the opportunity to move for a job opportunity in San Diego. By that time I had visited many of the ski resorts in Colorado, and I knew that I wanted to own a place in the mountains. I traveled a good amount for my work and knew I wanted an easily accessible location.
Understanding that Utah was an up and coming area, I visited Park City in November 2000 and immediately knew that it was the place for me. And I was super fortunate that the "Treehouse" condo was available. In my mind, there is not another location that I would rather own.
I currently am based in Houston, where I focus on consulting and investing in projects related the energy and technology sectors.
Why they chose this property
I bought the "Treehouse" in December 2000. At that time I was living in San Diego and wanted a ski condo that was super accessible to my family, without the headache of arriving in Denver and having to actually arrive at the indisputably terrific Colorado resorts.
So I arrived in Park City in November 2000 for Thanksgiving, toured about 25 places, and when I saw it I fell in love with the "Treehouse." I bought it immediately and have really appreciated it ever since. Ski in/Ski out, easy access to free public transportation, great place for family and friends.
For many years I did not rent the condo out. Over time, due to work and family considerations, I found myself not spending much time in Park City during the winter. I decided to rent it out via VRBO a few years ago, and it has been a very gratifying experience. Why leave a perfectly nice ski condo in Park City unoccupied when nice folks can visit and appreciate it?!
So that is what I did, and it has been terrific. I have a great team handling cleaning and maintenance. I am a "hands on" owner who wants to be in touch with renters to ensure that they have a wonderful time in my condo, and in Park City in general. So if you do rent from me, I will provide whatever local tips that you seek. And I am always appreciative of the tips that my renters provide to make things better.
For your upcoming visit, I wish all of you the very best and look forward to hearing about how much FUN you had!!
