Large house with 5 bedrooms, all with fruit trees.
The 180 mts of the two beaches, Ferrugem and Barra and the Lagoon Encantada that divides them.
Place of exuberant nature. Close shopping and quiet and safe place. Sleeps up to 15 people and 6 cars on the patio. Two grills one mobile. Networks and swings in lighting in the garden and in the social area.
Natural pools on both beaches .. bordering the Sambaqui hill and the Costa da Barra.
Road paved to the abode.
