UpNorth Retreat on beautiful Pretty Lake
A place that is almost as nice as your home! It's put together with many soft touches that creates a warm and inviting welcome. A place where you can recharge your batteries so to speak and gather your thoughts.
Newly remodeled home located on Pretty Lake. It offers relaxation in the quiet of nature or the joy that comes from playing in the water. There's public lake access for putting in a motorized boat and docking can be set up.
Comes equipped with a full kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and electric pancake griddle, pots and pans and dishes.
Sleeps 6 adults comfortably plus a large kid's bedroom that is able to sleep 5 kids under the age of 8 comfortably or 4 that need more room. The cottage is approx. 1500 sq. feet. Designed with a Great room, very spacious. Wood floors except in the upper 2 bedrooms.
We have a cottage over across the road on the lake front. There's 100ft of lake frontage. I provide chairs and a table and lots of room for lake fun and relaxation.

Glad you liked the house's floor plan.
Did you not come down to sit by the lake? I had chairs and table along with picnic table for your use.

I enjoy offering our place here on Pretty Lake because growing up around summer fun up here was pretty terrific!
Why they chose this property
The lake is an all-sport lake! Offering fishing, watersports, boating and swimming. Nice size for watching the family play and seeing across the lake. The water is nice, and the frontage offers sandy walking out front.
The cottage is across from the water. It's divided by a gravel road. But you're welcome to come across to the front by walking up to the white cottage. Either side will take you to the front so you can enjoy the lake. I provide and area there for you to hang out at.
You're welcome to take the paddle bike, rowboat and kayaks out. I just ask that they get put back the way you found them. If you have questions on anything don't hesitate to reach out to me.
