The screened lanai invites you to linger with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Overlooking the second fairway of the Sawgrass Country Club’s East Course, it connects seamlessly to the living room and master bedroom, making it an easy extension of the condo’s open layout. Comfortable seating allows you to spend quiet hours outdoors while still feeling at home.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals together. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster, along with cooking basics like pots, pans, and spices. Meals can be shared at the dining table indoors or carried outside to the lanai, where the course provides a scenic backdrop.

Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure you stay comfortable. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for both short visits and longer stays. Free on-site parking for two cars and access to a community pool are also included.
