This cosy space consists of a separate bathroom with shower and a small but fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a large comfortable bed and a table and chairs for eating. Trevi is a delightful hill top hamlet just 25 min walk through the olive groves where you can find several restaurants, ice cream cafes a grocery store and during the summer months an outdoor public swimming pool with a large pool and kiddies pool with slide and sunbathing terraces.
It is perfect for walkers as it is on the Francis way and also great base for sightseeing in Umbria. A car is necessary to get around. La Casetta is only 30 mins drive from Assisi and Spello and a 15 min Drive to Montefalco or Spoleto. Further afield is Todi, Orvieto and Perugia There are also trains to Rome (direct) and Florence (change in Foligno).
Important festivals include Umbria Jazz and Spoleto festival.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property 30 years ago to bring up my two daughters. It is in the countryside but in 2 mins you can be on the main road to visit towns and cities- My local village where my children went to school gave them a safe cosy upbringing-
I originally built the apartment for family guests.
I like having people staying - but I always respect their privacy. There is a patio between My house and the apartment so it is completely separate.
