This lake house retreat is one of a kind! A relaxing property ready to host families looking for fun. Equipped with a hot tub, ping pong table, small arcade game, foosball table, poker set and family games.

NO BOAT DOCK- private cove accessible for boat access for shore docking. Enough parking space for boat/trailer- be prepared to back in.

Main floor:

*Master suite, king size bed, ceiling fans, attached master bath with walk-in shower

* Living room with view of the lake, flat screen TV. WiFi connection available.

*Kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchenware, microwave, Keurig, dishes & cookware. The refrigerator has ice trays.

Downstairs:

*Private room with queen sized bed, ceiling fan, no windows for those who like it dark

*Private room with king sized bed, ceiling fan, window facing the lake

*Common area has twin sized bunk beds

* Full bath downstairs with double sinks and shower/tub

*Family room downstairs has couch to cheer on the family members playing ping pong or the arcade game

* Porches on the full length of house, both levels with fabulous views of Greer's Ferry Lake. Infrared bbq for grilling on top deck.

*The lake is accessible by walking down set of stairs off the back porch.

* Directly across the water from Choctaw Marina and approx. 15min by land.

* The Barn at Greers Ferry Lake for a beautiful wedding is approx. 25min away.

*The Corp of Engineers does not allow cutting trees or use of chemicals. This lake is heavily monitored and maintained to retain its natural beauty
