Virtually Brand New House in Moab!

The house was a perfect place to call home in Moab! Located just south of the downtown area, you're close to the restaurants and shops, but far enough away to unwind after spending a day on the Safari Trails around Moab. The house was comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of driveway, garage and even side yard parking on a concrete pad for our Jeeps. The hot tub was a great place to relax and rejuvenate for another adventure filled day!

We had our family reunion & stayed in the two connecting houses. Really clean beautiful homes. Plenty of important items were supplied like: TP, Paper towel, salt & pepper, towels, hand towels, wash clothes, pool towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, trash bags, kleenex. The owner's of the houses were extremely friendly and easy to contact. We did the majority of the meals at the houses & there was plenty of pans & dishes for our 13 people. So much fun & a wonderful place to visit & relax. The furniture was comfortable & we had plenty of room.

This house is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and we had a good sized backyard available to us, and parking for our truck and trailer. The home was super clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We were happy and would definitely stay again.

Our family loved our stay! The main room was spacious and the kitchen well stocked for our Thanksgving dinner. We really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated your willingness to let us add the pet fee last minute. The house is clean and nicely decorated. We would love to stay again.

Perfect place to rest

We used the house as home base for a week of Jeep Trail riding. After the first night we were already calling it home. After a long day on the trails and in the sun it was great home to come back relax in the hot tub and get a good nights rest. I highly recommend this property for any group or family visiting Moab

The beds and linens were comfortable.Our only complaint was that there was low water pressure and not once did we have a good warm shower.Overall though, we loved being in the home.

Amazing place!

We loved this place, and will definitely book with them again! We’ve stayed at places that had the barest of minimum, but this place had all we needed to make our 5 day stay comfortable. Thank you for caring for your guests by going the extra mile to provide to extra tp, laundry detergent, soaps, trash bags, etc. You even had all the spices we needed + coffee! It was soo nice to not have to run to the store for basic necessities.

We got off to a rocky start, as the townhome hadn't been cleaned, but the owner responded quickly and made everything right with a deep clean, credit, and explanation of what happened (all out of her control). The townhome itself is beautiful, well maintained, and had just the right amount of space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances worked, hot tub was great, and the townhome was in a great location to all of the touristy stuff we did. Would recommend to other families wanting a great vacation in Moab!

Beautiful home

We stayed for the long Labor Day weekend.The house was decorated so beautifully. The large windows throughout the open main floor were awesome. Having the three Bathrooms made it very nice. Our teenage daughters enjoyed having their own rooms upstairs. The hot tub was very very nice in the evening after a long day of hiking.The fire pit was a nice feature. The home came with everything needed for our stay and the and furniture very comfortable and very nice. The location was so convenient to get to town and the community pool was close. We will stay again!

Moab family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was on the South side of Moab, but so close and convenient to everything we did! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there! WiFi was a little troublesome but we were hardly there to use it, so it wasn’t a big deal to us. The grill and hot tub were also a nice extra even though we didn’t use it. As silly as it is, we really appreciated the fact that there was good toilet paper and tissues. So often it is the junk you get in hotels! We would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!
