We stayed here for the few days leading up to our daughters wedding with her and her bridesmaids. Lots of space to get ready for 8 gals. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of space to dine together and hang out, beds comfy, nice backyard to hang out in.
Location is blocks off the freeway which is great for getting around but not so great for other reasons.
We were there during a heat wave (103+ degrees) and the AC was awesome.
This property worked out perfectly for our group. The location is very convenient, the house is comfortable. They provided everything we needed. The hot tub was fantastic. Highly recommend.
3 couples came to visit Spokane looking to move here and we all loved the area and this house! Perfect to host groups with plenty of seating. Everything was clean. Beds comfy. Hot tub perfect! I love all the added amenities for kids. We will be coming back with our kiddos to visit again!
Our extended family stayed here to attend a memorial service for our mom, grandma, great grandma. What a wonderful house. It was full numerous places to hangout as a family; cozy and clean with so many nice amenities. There were night lights throughout, soft absorbent towels, wonderful beds in every room. We look forward to renting it again in the future for family reunions and get togethers. Thank you Evolve team.
The house worked really well with our large group! Having all the bedrooms upstairs was perfect for families. The kitchen was really dark. And the cooking pots, pans etc were not sufficient for a large group. Although the house is very close to the interstate and train tracks, once inside the noise was not disturbing. The driveway is pretty steep and the manager quickly arranged plowing when it snowed. Overall we were very happy with the house.
This home is so lovely and perfectly suited our large family gathering. The living room and dining spaces are large and inviting. Everything was super organized and clean. The only thing to note is that the home is very close to the train tracks and freeway. This might want to be noted on the info page. It was totally fine for our group, but some people may be annoyed if it isn't mentioned up front. Thank you!!
We had such a lovely time in this magnificent house! Cozy, full of good "vibes", board games, lots of cozy nooks for chats, comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen. In fact, we hung out a lot in the kitchen! Great communication from our contact - thank you!
Deceptive listing of CENTRAL A/C - only on 1st floor. 2nd floor Very Hot -NO ENTIRE HOUSE CENTRAL AC
Lighting in Kitchen and Living Room extremely dim- couldn’t adjust intensity. When dealing with non-central a/c issue (no a/c on 2nd floor), tried opening windows in hot bedrooms on 2nd floor only to discover that many windows were solid pane of glass that weren’t able to open. Of windows that could open, many were small and had no screen. There was no air circulation since there weren’t enough windows to open and you could hear train and interstate traffic constantly. It was horrible nights trying to sleep in the heat of summer. (I’d hate to be there in the depths of winter with their Central Heating - you’d probably freeze on 2nd floor). Knowing that there was no A/C on 2nd floor, they put a small 12” fan on each floor of the bedrooms but they didn’t circulate even the hot air. When I tried to resolve the a/c issue, I got a response that said, “the property says that there is central air conditioning but does not advertise it for both first and second floor.” If advertisement says CENTRAL HEAT And A/C then that means ENTIRE HOUSE! If it just said A/C instead of Central A/C then renter could expect unit in window or unit on floor with tube sticking out to outside, or some other odd configuration. Then renter better ask what “A/C” means, and in which rooms. This property rental might work for1-2 nights but heat accumulates in upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms. On the up side, dining area is large and well- appointed looking over very large back yard with artificial grass, probably fun for kids with fort. But, if you brought kids, you’d want to be careful in upstairs bedroom that looks over backyard if you opened window, it is very low to ground and child could fall out of window onto patio. Upside: probably fun video games & Netflix in large front living room for keeping kids entertained at night.

Phyllis, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
"Phyllis, we had the AC checked and sure enough, the AC was damaged (probably on day one or two of your stay.) We had it professionally repaired and it works great again! We wish you would have told us during your stay that it wasn’t working, we could have had it fixed and you would have had a better visit. We really love this home and want guests to as well. Hope you decide to come back and try again sometime!"
Best, the Evolve Team
We loved the house, the location is fairly close to the busy train tracks. The house was a great for anyone who has little children or for adults only! We had a wonderful time.
This house was a convenient location just minutes from manito park huckleberries market and downtown. The house was clean and well equipped. The property manager was very quick to respond and brought me new pans when I mentioned they were all scratched up. The house had lots toys and the backyard spacious. The tree house seemed a bit unsafe, the heavy door fell off and the whole thing sways.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but because of all the homeless camping a block away on the cliff I didn’t feel safe alone at night with my kids, although we had no direct problem,I wouldn’t walk the street with my kids.
Wow! This home is beautiful, well maintained and had all of the amenities and comforts you could ask for. The property manager was attentive and helpful and made our overall stay that much more enjoyable. If you are traveling as a group or as a family - there is plenty to do. The backyard area is perfect for entertaining, bbq a meal outside and the treehouse was the perfect area for the kids to run around and play. We will most definitely be back if we find ourselves in the Spokane area again.
