Updated 2 Bedroom with Roof deck and backyard

You will not be disappointed in this Modern 2 bedroom apartment walk-in 1st floor unit able to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Perfect location in Westend, few blocks away from vibrant downtown Portland. Multiple outdoor gathering areas you will not find anywhere else including roof top deck with amazing downtown and water views of portland harbor. Fun games, hammock, BBQ grill, AC and smart TVs in all rooms all for your entertainment. Ample free street parking or paid off street parking.

This walk in 1st floor spacious 2 bedrooms apt has one queen size bed each bedroom and there is also a small office table with couch on the rear bedroom. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seats (these are not sofa beds). Pull out beds and air mattresses is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request).

The location, layout, and superior exterior spaces make this unit stand out. We have small patio off living room with space to grill and enjoy the great weather. There is also spacious shared Rooftop deck which offers great water views of the Portland Harbor. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice.

Our private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV in all rooms with streaming entertainment with free Netflix/Hulu for our guests. The Kitchen is fully operational with kitchen island that seats 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dish ware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided.

We also offer free laundry facilities for our guests. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road or ask us to arrange off street parking for fee. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St.

We do allow pets for one time pet fee of $40.

Please note this space is a home, not a fancy five star resort or luxury spa hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in. If you would like to book our apartment please do bear in mind that you are booking a ‘home’ and not a big chain resort/hotel. If you have any questions please let me know.

Great location

Located near airport and walking distance from downtown. Our kids did love the dart board and foosball table. There is a step down in the living room that we all almost tripped over. Carpet has a musty smell and apartment is stocked with very basic things. Parking is a free for all and can be stressful.

Great location within walking to Old Port but needs updating

If you’re looking for a place to sleep with the majority of your time away to explore Portland this place is doable. Although the listing says it’s been updated, it could use some love. The wall to wall carpeting is shaggy and gets damp making it unpleasant to walk around. Note that even though it says parking onsite, you actually have to pay an additional $150 to park in the driveway, otherwise the free parking is at the end of the street on York where you can park for free.

The photos are accurate but do not highlight the general age and rundown elements of the place. The floors are uneven and feel as though you might fall thru them in places. Insulation sticking out of the wall in a place and thin windows make it so youre able to hear everything outside. Bed is so loud and creeky in one of the bedrooms we had a hard time sleeping. The patio area existed, but was not in its glory days as it appeared in the photos. We couldn't find the roof top deck. Closest parking was a block away. Check in information was clear and delivered well in advance. Check out information was a complete mystery. As another review said, if youre looking for something near old port and dont care where you sleep, this is the spot. Anything else however, I would keep looking.

We had a great time exploring Portland shops restaurants and pubs and did some hiking. Great home to come back to at the end of each day. Clean and comfortable and easy, quick communication with the rental owner. Thank you Eddy!!

Convenient, simple, not fancy.

Short walk to old port, pubs, etc. We stayed here for a hockey tournament. Easy access in and out of Portland to the surrounding suburbs where the hockey rink are. We had six of us stay here. Six is probably the max. Any more than that will be too cramped. Eddie the property manager was very responsive. For example we had an issue with the coffee maker, and he was over quickly with a replacement.

Nice location, not much else

Walking distance to Old Port is great but the apartment itself is not very nice or comfortable. Some misleading listing photos. We were most excited for the roof deck but the listing doesn’t specify that even though this unit does have access to it, it’s connected to the second floor unit. Couldn’t be less private or more awkward. The coffee table is glass and had a chip in the corner that sliced my friends leg. Note that the owner charges $50 extra to park in the driveway. Overall, maybe if you don’t care about the quality and just want somewhere to sleep close to old port, this could be good for you. If you want quality comfort, look elsewhere.
