Relaxing Rehoboth Getaway!

Beautifully redecorated two bedroom condo in Eagles Landing is the perfect place for a relaxing week! Enjoy the beach, nearby water park, pools, and boardwalk or sit on the deck and overlook the pond and listen to the fountain. Eagles Landing Condo unit 2507- Located off of Bay Vista Rd and situated on the West side of RT 1. Just over a mile from the beach, this two bedroom, two bath unit has two decks and is just steps from the community pool and tennis courts. Renovated baths and kitchen with new cabinetry and new stainless appliances and granite countertop. Each condo has parking for two cars at the complex and this unit is located on the second floor (only 15 stairs to the second floor). During the summer season there is a parking pass for zones in town that require a permit. This is a single level unit.

*Renters bring their own towels and linens.

Family Vacation

The condo was amazing. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Close to the pool. Close to the Main activities in Rehoboth. Added bonus - We were so excited they had an extra bike for my daughter to ride. We had an awesome time. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved it! Not a care in the world

We were very happy with our stay at Eagles Landing. It was the neighborhood we wanted; so close to amenities. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and me. We will ABSOLUTELY stay at this condo again. The host was very responsive and open.

Spacious condo, easy access to beach

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is clean and well-decorated with a queen in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a pull-out couch. There are two balconies and the common area is quite spacious. It is a short walk to various restaurants and the local bus. We drove or rode our bikes into town for beach access. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for my family and me. It’s beautiful, clean, modern, and very welcoming. So much time, attention to detail, and care has gone into creating a wonderful experience for visitors. My family and I appreciated it. The owners thought of everything and really over delivered. We could not have asked for a better place and location. Fantastic Condo – Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!

We had an amazing stay at this condo — truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed: bikes, boogie boards, tennis rackets, a well-stocked kitchen, and more. The pool was just steps away, which was a big hit with our whole group.The location was excellent. We were within walking distance to the Fractured Prune donut shop (highly recommend!) and Big Fish Grill — though the latter wasn’t our favorite, possibly just an off day. Thompson Island Brewing Company was our favorite nearby restaurant, but honestly, there were so many great places to eat in the area. The outlets were also close, and everyone enjoyed the tax-free shopping.We also loved visiting Cape Henlopen and Gordon’s Pond Recreation Area — both offered beautiful beaches that were less crowded and really relaxing. And for seafood lovers, don’t miss Copp’s Seafood — a fantastic local spot for crabs, crab cakes, and shrimp to bring back to the condo.The only downside was the traffic at times, especially near the beach. But everything else made up for it — we'd definitely stay here again!

Very tidy condo on 2nd floor. Must have secure knees!

Lots of residents with dogs. Sometimes vocal, but think they see each other every day. Short drive to Rehoboth downtown & boardwalk. We had mild weather, big sunny days. Plan to return in Spring.

Super Clean and Peaceful Retreat

Ann-Marie’s is calm and peaceful, with flowering bushes and sounds of water from the fountain in the courtyard. It is super clean and comfortable, would love to return!

Vacation review

This property was very clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed the short walk to the pool and the availability of a parking pass, beach chairs, and bicycles, as well as the at home amenities of cable tv and WiFi. I would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is nicely renovated with lovely decor and a location very convenient to downtown as well as all the amenities along route #1. We also really enjoyed the deck with beautiful view of the pond and fountain and the pool directly across the street. Owners were also very easy to communicate with and the property was extremely clean.
